The shutters on the bathroom windows need attention as you are open too the rear neighbours to see you on the loo or in the shower.

We love to stay at Villa Dora - the host (Maria) is always so friendly and the rooms (we have seen them all) are comfortable and clean. The Villa has a special comfortable feel to it and the guests staying are always really respectful with eachother. We love it.

I was a bit lost when I got there....not knowing where to go etc.....eventually I found a desk and rang reception. My husband paid.....the honesty drinks. However, I was looked at in disbelief, at first, when I said this. If I was dishonest I would have pretended I did not have a drink

Scenery was amazing. A most beautiful place om a hill overlooking stunning Jaeva. Breakfast on the patio ....very lovely

Having to telephone when wishing to speak with someone in the Hotel, that's when you arrive, depart and for anything else. The bath towels could have been bigger and softer, perhaps they need replacing. Not enough hangers, only 3 in each wardrobe. Access to English speaking channels or Netflix but didn't affect our stay.

The location was excellent... quiet at night but good access to Javea, although for some people the steep descent and incline when walking might be a challange. Great breakfast provided on a help youself basis, sitting on the terrace or inside if chilly. We were visiting Javea to see my Aunt who has lived there since 1987, and the town offers great bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and a must is to visit the outdoor and indoor markets in the Old Town. We felt very welcome by the local people and safe walking around in the evening. The promenade from the Port to the other end of the bay offers many opportunities to sit awhile and enjoy the view. The location up on the hill overlooking Javea is beautiful, particularly at night. The pool was an added bonus and we loved the comfy furniture located outside but out of the sun. An honesty bar for drinks, snacks and tea and coffee was available.

The villa is somewhat old; some little maintenance and adjustments could enhance its comfort and practicality.

We liked the location, the vibes, and the villa’s style. We also appreciated the personal touch and the communal atmosphere of this small hotel, where guests can easily meet and converse.

The room was beautiful. However I found the way down towards the pool was a bit precarious. I have become very nervous since breakfast both wrists. If we went again I would request a room in the main building which we had last year.

The breakfast was excellent.Agreat & varied choice. Our second time at this hotel. Have recommended to others .

bathroom was very large but rather dated and in need of some TLC,

breakfast had plenty of choice, just an issue with one of the coffee machines. Location was on a step hill and not fully lit but it wasn't far from the sea front Staff were very helpful even if they weren't fluent lounge area and outside seating were excellent

The only negative point was the shutters that could not be fixed and made a whole lot of noise during the night due to the heavy wind. But that is really the only negative point which can easily be fixed. Otherwise perfect stay!

Beautiful rooms, superb views, great that there is private parking and near to the old center of javea and the port. The host was super friendly and helpful. Even prepared us a breakfast to take with us as we needed to leave early.

My room was a bit cold and damp.

The location was fantastic with a beautiful view from the terrace. It was a great place to relax. The breakfast was excellent.
