The pool was not heated. There is a small step between the lounge and dining room, so care must be taken.

The property was spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We liked the open plan layout in the lounge/kitchen/dining room. The driveway and entrance to the Villa were well lit at night. The Villa felt very safe, as it was in a gated community. The host, Jose, was excellent, kept in contact with us to ensure we had a great holiday.

Nothing! Just to mention, as the pool is not heated if you go in February, like us, could find it too cold to enjoy it fully.

The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated and fully equipped. The hosts are superb! Friendly, helpful and really kind. They even left us complimentary food in the fridge. Really really good experience. We will be back! 😊 Very secluded and calm area, all bedding and towels were perfect and the house was spotless clean.

We were staying at the house with an 18 months old baby, which can be a bit tricky, but everything in the house was thought through, down to baby chair and cutlery. We really had everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. We really enjoed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Nothing, but be aware it is a residential neighborhood, and you really need a car. You are only max 10 mins from the town centre.

The house was just as described. Very clean and very well equipped. We stayed 26 days and had a wonderful time in Los Charcones. We specifically wanted a house with a pool, and this did not disappoint. We had loungers and parasols. The bedroom double doors open out onto the pool area, and the lounge double doors open onto the patio. We had plenty of linen, towels etc for our extended stay. Beds are quite comfortable, no complaints there. The house is in a gated complex, it is quiet and very safe. The owner; Jose, met us on arrival and was always very attentive, responding immediately when I needed to contact him. Jose provided some basic groceries to get us started, and the house was well equipped with cleaning products for dishwasher, washing machine etc. A nice touch. The local supermarket (Supermercado Pechiguera) is 5 mins away by car, and while small, has everything you need, and is not expensive in comparison to some others in P.B. Overall, we loved our time there and would happily recommend it !

There's 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds, the double bed mattress is bumpy very uncomfortable it needs replacing, the two singles are OK. The foam base on the large sofa needs replacing with something more comfortable. Everything else was fine. There isn't a sunset view as your surrounded by other villas.

We were happy with everything.

Villa is situated in a private gated community. Nice and quiet. The Villa had everything you could ask for and was very clean. Jose and Monica were great hosts and were always there if needed. They have also recommended some great restaurants locally and across Lanzerote which was very useful.

the mattress wasn't for me as It was a bit too firm ; and you have to be careful when you walk from the living room area to the dining room as there's a tiny step that I kept forgetting it was there.

the property is perfect for a family, nice swimming pool with south west orientation, so plenty of sun everyday. It also has a nice little terrace beside the dining area where you can enjoy breakfast every morning and its protected from the wind. the hostess was wonderful giving us a wide selection of restaurants and providing us with a little of everything as welcoming gifts even a nice bottle of wine in the fridge. Overall we enjoy very much our time in the Villa.

You definitely need to hire a car or if you are more energetic bikes in order to get around. Local supermarket and closest restaurants are a 15 minute walk away and the nearest beach would be a 30 minute walk away (the walk is lovely though). Restaurants are starting to get more expensive...

Jose was an excellent host, very attentative and friendly. He picked up our bags from Playa Blanca when the Villa was being cleaned after the last guests stay. The Villa is in a lovely quiet residential complex and has plentyy of room both inside and outside. We hired bikes for our stay and it was very safe on the roads and was a lovely ride along the coastal promenade to Playa Blanca and beyond. The beaches and sea were clean and safe.

The address on booking.com was not complete and we didn't know the villa was in a private residential area, so it took us a while to find. Fortunately, the owner saw us and directed us in. I personally prefer beds that are little less firm and duvets instead of sheets, but there was nothing wrong as such.

The pool/garden was lovely and a hit with out son. We very much appreciated the provided essential groceries. There was a well stocked kitchen and all the modern conveniences one would expect.

None, I liked everything

This is an exceptional place and we had a fabulous time there. Everything about it is great, but if I were to pick the main points (in no particular order): - fully equipped kitchen (oven, coffee makers, dishwasher, fridge etc.), - in a quiet area (it's a gated residential district), - very good internet connection, - plenty of space for all activities (you can eat outside or inside, swim in the pool, play with the kids in the garden, there are two comfortable bedrooms etc.), - last, but not least: friendly and helpful hosts (Jose even endured my broken Spanish and that makes him a saint, or a martyr): you can communicate with them about anything, ranging from asking how the washing machine works through sightseeing tips, to weather forecasts :-)

There is nothing to dislike!

This property was just perfect - exceptionally well kept and clean! The pool was cleaned twice during our stay! You can tell the lovely owners of this property love it as much as the guests and their communication before and throughout our stay was fantastic. The villa is located in such a peaceful part of this safe and gated residential area - if you are looking for a quiet retreat from the chaos of life right now! The views of Montana Roja behind the property and sunset views right in front every evening are truly spectacular. Will definitely return here!!
