Although we booked a deluxe double room (i.e. with a private bathroom), the fact that our bedroom was based on the ground floor, near the kitchen, and the bathroom sat separately, the other guests still helped themselves to using it anyway.

A true hidden gem! We loved our stay at Villa Mogaren - the property was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Our bedroom had a great view of the garden and mountains, the sun loungers were great, and we loved the breakfast that Lisi left in the fridge for us. Although we never got the chance to meet our hostess, she was super responsive and helpful whenever we messaged.

Everything was fine.

We spend here only one night (came very late in the evening and left early in the morning) so we did not have chance to explore everything but what we saw and experienced was very good :) Our room was nice and clean with comfortable bed, bathroom as well. We also had breakfast and very good coffee. Last but not least it was very nice to meet and chat with other guests in shared space. Communication with host was fast and without problems :) Thank you and wish you the best!

The room was in the basement, no windows and very claustrophobic. An interior glazed panel to the corridor let light in so it was hard to sleep. Very ver cold. Don’t book this room! Struggled to get WiFi working, We never saw any staff to ask Questions. It was a busy time of year and last room, But very bad value for money.

I had a room downstairs so I unfortunately heard everything from outside and living area. Plus the lamp outside with the light was pointed directly to my room with no option to cover the window.

The Villa is really beautiful, all the surroundings, the nature and the equipment. The kitchen is full, there is everything for cooking and more. It is clean. Really beautiful stay. The room was small but cosy.

Really nice location in the middle of the mountains. Easy access with car and everything worked perfectly. The jacuzzi really made it special experience to relax. Beautiful house with really big kitchen/living room to prepare meals.

Very clean, beautiful house and excellent kitchen. Jacuzzi too, didn’t use it but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Pre-packaged breakfast was simple and tasty, some cereals etc were available also.

We extended for 3 days and wabted one more night for bigger price in near by apartment owned by same people. They said yes we got in and afrer that they said its reserved and that we can stay in room that was bulding at that moment. To wait for 2 hours to finish making it. That was not an option for us. So not really organised stuff.

Complicated route to Villa (sharp serpentines), a little bit stressful. When we arrived we had our room changed by owners, but after that we talked to owners and agreed to keep that room after all. Living room was super cold (have to sit with jacket), around 15C temperature (5C outside), so I am suggesting to prepare for it in advance. On the other hand in bedroom was AC so we could heat room :)

Nice mountain view from dining room. It was nice to get essentials for breakfast (eggs, bread, cheese, ham and coffee). The place is quiet.

Our room, on the top floor, was gigantic! Extremely clean, with a spacious bathroom, a balconi, a sofà and armchairs, plus our king size bed ( very comfortable indeed). The communication with the landlord was brilliant too.

Good place to start visiting Gran Canaria. Located in the mountains, near from beautiful Tejeda. House is very well equipped and landlord (Lisi) is a very nice person! She was taking care of us for the whole stay, the kitchen was always full of good and quality food and perfectly cleaned! It was a pleasure to stay at this place! Jacuzzi as a bonus :-)

Outdoor Jacuzzi was amazing, the whole villa and gardens organise and beautiful and clean, great kitchen and shared space. allot of dishes, smart tv and great bathroom and airconditioner!

I felt very comfortable in the Villa Mogaren. I stayed 8 nights. I had chosen the location according to the Rother walking guide as the location gave me access to hikes throughout the island by car. The owners should make clear instructions how to drive to the parking. it’s hard. You should be ready that you will decide the kitchen with other residents of the house. And the rooms on 1st floor have toilets not in the rooms, but separate (in corridor). Also it’s better to make clear instructions for products in refrigerator, which are shared for breakfast. The owners are not there, but they are in touch by messager. And tried to help.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable. Good beds, everything for cooking. All products for breakfast (eggs, cheese, ham, butter, yogurts, bread, good coffee, tea, fruits). Jacuzzi is outside. Fresh flowers are everywhere.

The mattress was incredibly hard -- like sleeping on the ground. I travel a lot, I sleep in about 100 different beds per year. I could not sleep in this one -- I had to go out to the living room couch.

A beautiful home with large rooms, a good breakfast, and a nice hot tub. All they have to do to make this a great place, is to replace the mattress on the bed.
