It was a little further out from the main town than we would usually stay so we needed to book taxis every night. However, the taxi fares were cheap and the owners kindly booked these for us every night.

The pool was perfect and a great size for what we needed. The local beach is beautiful too. The villas was lovely, it had everything we needed and the welcome basket of food was great too. The owners were so welcoming and great with advice about where to go for beaches and eating out.

We loved out stay at Villa Rosales. It was very well located, next to the beautiful beach, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the host was amazing! We felt so relaxed in the beautiful garden, swimming in the pool. I recommend you to stay here if you want to have a great holiday in Mallorca!

Everything was great.

Peaceful location, close to beach and easy walk into Alcudia old town, near to some of Mallorca’s top highlights. Comfortable, clean, air conditioned property with a lovely pool and outside living area. Fantastic host Bel and her family made us feel extremely welcome and treated us to fresh local produce. Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful property, clean with everything you needed. Kind welcome basket on arrival which was great as we arrived late. Spacious rooms, everything you needed in the kitchen, beautiful private gardens. Pool was excellent - cleaned every few days and linen/ bedding change half way through. Bel (host) was exceptional- communicative throughout our stay without imposing at all, prompt replies and advice when needed. Gabriel who cleaned pool was excellent and friendly. The donkey next door was so nice, my kids loved going over and feeding him apples through the fence! The property was in an ideal location- we could walk to the 5 Oceans restaurant/ chill out bar, to the Bodega de sol restaurant in 5 mins (lovely food) and 5 mins to the beach which wasn’t too busy but beautiful. Short drive to the port / old town too. Sa Romana is a lovely Italian restaurant we visited twice too- a short drive away- worth a visit! Loved everything about this property and we’ve stayed in a few in the area- we definitely hope to return! Thank you for everything Bel and family!

The area is fantastic, near everything yet very quiet. Bel is excellent in communication and cares about the guests. The house is nice and the garden and pool is a great place to relax.

Maybe one of the beds was quite small for two adults

What a beautiful villa in beautiful area. Close to the beach, you can take a nice walk to the small port with excellent restaurant, but also quiet and lovely place far enough from the tourists areas. Villa is perfect, pool big enough for swimming. We got nice welcome basket with local food, it was very sweet! Bel (host) is so nice and helpful. You have 100% privacy in the villa. We dream about coming back soon. Villa is perfectly equipted (wash machine, dishwasher etc..)

The trees are a bit overgrown in the garden so most of the pool and surrounding area was in shade for a lot of the day. There were lots of mosquitoes, even at 3:30pm, but the place had candles, but spray and mozzy plugs in the rooms

Lovely place, loved the food basket on arrival - gratefully received. Loved how many towels there were. Prompt replies. Good instructions of how to get in. Perfect location for two beaches walking distance away.

The double bed in the main bedroom seems small and the bed frame creaks a lot when you move in it

Lovely outdoor space, great pool and a nice combination of sunny and shady areas. Well equipped kitchen had everything we need, we used the barbecue are for most cooking Aircon in the bedrooms and living room Quick friendly replies from the owner to any questions, you can tell they really care about the property and us having the best time there. Lovely small, quiet, unspoilt beaches within walking distance were the best beaches that we visited in our time there. There are a few restaurants/bars in the village, and old town alcudia and puerto-alcudia are just a short drive or a, if you prefer, a walk, for more choice.

Excellent location, beautiful villa with lovely pool and pretty gardens. All super clean and tidy. Five minute walk to two lovely beaches and ten minute walk to local supermarket with fresh morning pastries and bread. Very accommodating owner when our flights were cancelled twice and so arrival was a day later than planned.

The beds were a bit squeaky but this is a very small detail.

The Villa and gardens are beautiful. The pool is fabulous. Lovely outside seating areas. The host is super helpful and even helped us sort airport transfers. Nothing is too much trouble. Perfect quiet location, very tranquil and a short walk to some stunning beaches and a 15 minute stroll into the Old town of Alcudia which is delightful. We also took a bus to Pollenca for the evening and walked up one of the mountains for a spectacular view. There’s a supermarket in Bonaire which is a 5-10 minute walk away which is well stocked and sells fresh bread and pastries everyday. Well equipped kitchen and and a BBQ outside. We had the best week here relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning property in great location (2 beaches 5 minutes walk away and Alcudia Old Town 5 minutes by car). The property is extremely private, roomy and has a lovely pool. Kitchen has everything you need. The 3 bedrooms are big and the beds comfy. My family and I absolutely loved it. There is a very friendly donkey and horse next door and its a lovely walk down the road (check out the chickens that live in the trees!).

Beautiful pool and garden, barbecue, table tennis - perfect facilities for relaxing and entertaining. Villa was very clean and location near the beach was great. The host was also very helpful and happy to organise taxis etc for us. We had an amazing time!
