Amazing house photos don’t do it justice the views are spectacular wonderful pool , great outdoor cooking area and dinning area . Just a perfect house with everything you could need for a relaxing stay .

The villa is very well located and equipped. The handover of the keys went perfectly. Ani, the landlord, is very nice and incredibly friendly. She gave us and our dog a very warm welcome.

I honestly can’t think of anything!

Villa was stunning along with the location. Old Town was a ten minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants, really picturesque. if you go down hill they are loads more shops with larger supermarkets if you haven’t done an on line shop. The train line there takes you to Benidorm in about ten minute for 1.45. The owners were just fantastic throughout our stay. Our flight was delayed so they arrived at the property to take our “massive” grocery order which they also put away for us. I left my phone ( nightmare) and they kindly posted it back out to me. I

There was a slight odor coming from one of the toilets that had recent maintenance, but we avoided using it and our hostess was great throughout the process! We had our dog with us and hostess knocked off the price of having the animal because of the odor from toilet.

The view was absolutely stunning! I loved all the outdoor features and terrace features, seating is plentiful and even a set table and hammock swing etc.

We had an elderly couple with us so there are lots of steps and only 1 walk in shower, but we managed ok. Though if someone is restricted with mobility it would be a challenge.

The Villa had everything you need with plenty of outdoor space. Good location 15 minute walk to old town and 20 min to the waterfront. The views for the sunset are great. The pool would be great in the warmer months but didn't get much use at Christmas. A car would be recommended.

I hadn’t realised the two lower floor bedrooms were linked and you have to walk through one to get to the other, ok if it’s parents and children but we were 3 adults and it was awkward for us

fantastic house with beautiful patio and pool areas. kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. The house is about a 15 min walk to Altea old town which has lots of fantastic shops, bars and restaurants.

Nothing really apart from the pool is not heated but if you visit in the summer I expect it would be warmed from the sun. we still swam in it though and it was very refreshing.

The villa is simply beautiful. The view is stunning. it has every facility you could wish for. The beds are really comfortable, tasteful decor, lots of additions outside and in. The garden is adorable from hammocks, a large dining table, BBQ, sun loungers, garden furniture, they have thought of everything and are very generous in what they provide. The pool is fabulous and nice and big. The staff are also very nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them in helping us to arrange our daughter’s 21st birthday celebration holiday. Thank you so much, we had an incredible and memorable holiday. 🌸

There were a few things that didn’t work such as the tv in bedroom 2, the floor standing lamp in the lounge ( not a bulb), aircon in master but i am sure they are easy to fix for the next guests.

Great villa in a great location. Particularly good for families with older children/teens, due to the separations with bedrooms.

Pool wasn’t heated. We knew this when booked but didn’t realise how cold it would be with sun on it - but was November! There’s a large pine tree - beautiful but the needles were everywhere in the mornings. We had to sweep up and soooo many. No pool cover so full of needles. Think sadly tree needs to go…

Villa was on a no through road so no traffic and very quiet. We could park - Motorhome so space at villa with trees too small but fine on the road (2berth lwb van style). It was clean, plenty of space for two. The outside space was lovely and fantastic views of the sea. There’s a log burner so great for cooler evenings. We didn’t use outdoor kitchen but looked fine.

Pool was way too cold to use maybe look at heating it in winter months is worth a look. Car is needed to stay here otherwise taxis are defo needed.

Lack of care, needs updating and cleaning problem. Several issues reported on the Friday and was informed that they could be rectified on Monday. Issues with electrics not dealt with and pool badly maintained

No information was provided about the area or villa. Wardrobes had little space for long garments and trousers. Drawer handles were broken on some drawers so difficult to open. Accessing shower was dangerous as little space to climb in and out No shower mat was available. Not enough handrails in and outside the villa and some outside areas were dirty. The town itself was difficult to access as, taxis would not come out to the villa and siestas are still in place. Returning to villa at night from the port area of town was difficult as taxis were difficult to get. Bar owners tried to get us taxis but some nights none would come out. Only small supermarkets were accessible by foot but carrying shopping back wasn't an option.

The pool was great. Ani was helpful. There were plenty bath towels available.
