Villa is located near the ocean and great sandy beaches, not far from the airport, main city Arrecife, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are also very close (50m), but we did not hear any noise inside of the villa. The swimming pool by the villa is really perfect. Childern playground is only 5 minut walk from the villa. Alex the host was great and very helpfull.

Everything! Location is amazing, right next to a very nice beach, with restaurants and supermarkets within a 3 minutes walking distance. The house is amazing - very well equipped, and Alex was extremely friendly and also comprehensive concerning last minute booking adjustments, for which we're very grateful! We'll definitely come back there and we absolutely recommend the stay!

A beautiful villa. Perfect location. Alex was a great host. The welcome pack of cheese, wine, chocolates and water was such a lovely touch. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be booking this villa again if it’s available🤞and have recommended it to family and friends. Matagorda is a lovely quiet area with food shops and restaurants nearby. The walk along the promenade is fab. It’s also a perfect family holiday destination. Can’t wait to return. ☀️

We liked everything!

This is our second time staying in Villa Tara, everything about the Villa is exceptional. It has 3 large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and 2 big bathrooms, a large living room, utility room and kitchen, it has everything you need.There's plenty to occupy the children with the pool, table tennis and pool table and the location is perfect, you are able to pop over to the bars, restaurants and shops within minutes. You can sit out and view the beach from the back patio in the morning. Alejandro was extremely helpful and very nice to talk to and is very approachable. We have booked in again for next year.

The only negative about the location is sometimes it can be loud from the commercial centre late at night so if you are looking for a few early quiet nights it's not suitable for you here.

Perfect location next to Matagorda commercial centre and the beach,small private pool perfect,pool table, table tennis and bbq we got a nice surprise when we arrived as it had been recently renovated so didn't look like in the pics,Alejandro was very efficient in answering any questions we had and left a lovely welcome pack for us we really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back.

the weather, it rained for a few days while we where there, this will just make me book again.

The place is in an amazing location, right next door to all the bar and resturants. The facilities are great in the villa, had an issue on the first day with the heated pool but the host was out the next day to fix the temp of the pool.

Nothing not to like, it was perfect. Had everything you could want. Even a lovely welcome gift.

Villa was brilliant in every way. Very spacious villa, fully equipped kitchen if you don't want eat out every mealtime. Two bathrooms very handy. Air con in each room. Great to open doors to patio and pool and enjoy the sun on the terrace all day long. Lovely having your own pool for a quick dip. Enjoyed few games of table tennis, took us back to our younger years!! It's quiet and peaceful but also handy for shops and restaurants and great beach only couple minutes away. Nice surprise bottle of chilled wine with glasses in fridge, bottle water, chocs and fruit. The host, Alejandro, is brilliant, couldn't be more helpful if you have any queries. We've been going to Matagorda for 30 years, first time Villa Tara and will definitely be booking Tara again for next year sometime. Brilliant relaxing week.

Villa Tara was in an ideal location, very close to the centre and the beach. It was very clean and very spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms . We really enjoyed our stay and the kids had plenty to do with the pool, tabletennis and pool table. We would definitely go back.

Villa Tara was exceptionally clean on our arrival. Alejandro, our host, went out of his way to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, with shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk.

Excellent location. Very clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful host. Beach just across the road. Plenty of shops and restaurants 2 mins away. Thanks to the owner Alejandro for a great holiday and for helping us book a taxi back to the airport.

A couple of minor points, no pool towels provided or detergent for the washing machine so best to bring a couple of gel pods with you if a washing machine is needed. We did have detergent for the dishwasher.

Fabulous location with sea-view from the terrace and in a private quiet spot, a 2 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. Everything very clean and well looked after, the cleaners were very polite, thorough and kept to covid regulations at all times. Good reliable service from Alejandro the host, and very accommodating with allowing us to stay in the villa until our late night flight. Wifi good, tv in local and English channels. Great facilities on the private terrace, pool is heated and clean, the pool table, ping pong and bbq all available, 6 sunbeds, outside shower and table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks. A hand and bath towel provided per person for use in the bathroom as well as hand soap. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery, utensils and crockery, and we enjoyed many meals sat on the sunny terrace. A nice touch from Alejandro was a gift of a local Canarian cheese, wine and fruit waiting for us on our arrival, much appreciated. We will definitely return for future holidays. Our host Alejandro kept in contact with me prior to our arrival and was very informative and helpful. When we arrived at the Villa, Alejandro met us and gave us all the information we needed. The villa was exceptionally clean and I felt relaxed immediately, in light of the Covid situation. The villa had everything we needed and more (with a welcome pack in the fridge). The pool and terrace were also exceptionally clean, with all amenities and very private. The location could not have been better, within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars in the Matagorda Centre. It was also a pleasant walk along the promenade to Puerta del Carmen. We enjoyed it so much we are going back next May (wish it could be sooner).
