The kitchen was not very well equiped. Having had planed for more cooking, I would have been rather annoyed.

We really enjoyed the patio and the view. Also compared to the previous accomodation we were happy to be in a normal-size rooms :). Because we travelled in December, everything was nice, quiet, private.

I found my bed very comfortable. As it was very quiet, I slept very well. Someone from the reception helped me find the place and he even helped me with my luggage, as I did not arrive by car and it is a bit exhausting to make your way up there. Thanks for helping me. The view is very good and I was happy there.

No soap and shampoo sachets, couple of teabags etc.small things that you normally expect. Maybe an international station on the TV..beds in between ok and smiley, stiff and acking back after night in bed .

The pans' bottom could be fixed after some time, they're quite round currently and therfore it take a while when boiling smth.

It is a great place to stay in for a couple in the one bedroom apartment small but nice great view great location free parking great value for money .

We had an appartment on the ground floor, with neighbours above us that came home with a lot of noise at 01:30. The noise from the top floor was the only disadvantage that we have experienced.

The appartment had a lot of space, good shower and a good kitchen. The terrace in front of the appartment was great, spacious, and sunshine in the afternoon. Swimming pool was clean, water was fresh and good for a swim.

Quite a few steps up to the first floor apartments and balconies aren't completely separated, but hardly a problem for us.

Jose Luis met us in reception, so, picking up keys was a breeze and we parked in the ample underground car park. Lovely purpose-built studio apartment with wonderful views of San Jose bay and the sea and a five minute walk to the center. Perfect space for a couple, comfortable bed, cooking facilities, fridge and all very clean - all we needed for a few very happy days. Pool is a lovely bonus, too! A wonderful walk over the hill to Playa Genoves or a short drive, also to the other-worldly Monsul beach. Can't wait to return!

I didn't like that people not guests of the hotel were using the swimming pool just skipping a 50cm fence from the street or just entering the gate since there is no control whatsoever. Also the water jets in the swimming pool were just out of order and so was the shower for 4 days out of 9.

I loved the environment, the firmness of the mattress, the view from the terrace and the location. It would have been nice to have a few more pots and equipment in the kitchen

The air conditioning temperature control did not work so the air con felt a too cold after a while. There were not enough pegs or hangers in the bathroom to hang our towels to dry.

Hotel location is very good, less than 5 minute walk to the San Jose city centre, views of the seaside from the room were fantastic. The apartment was large and had all the essentials. The air conditioning cooled the room very fast. The hotel car park in the lower floor, in the shade, was a relief. The hotel is a short drive from the controlled-access dirt track that leads to the unspoilt, scenic Genovese and Monsul beaches; here, day-entry costs €5 and capacity is limited to the size of the beach car parks.

One of the beds was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise.

It's a great location to stay in San José. You can walk to the beach, to restaurants and shops plus there are great beaches 5 minutes away by car.

The resort was limited with food choices, but we still had some lovely foods !! Villa's montemar was lovely and in a good location. Is a little old fashioned but had everything we needed for a 2 day stay !! Lovely pool
