Noisy reduction from the busy street outside was great. In between rooms the noise reduction needs to be improved.

The hotel is in a prime location. It is extremely clean and housekeeping do a fantastic job, so kudos to the team who often get overlooked in reviews 🤩 All of the staff are excellent actually. The rooftop bar/restaurant deserves a mention too for the views, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We only ate breakfast there which is superb. If you can't find anything you like, it's definitely not the fault of the hotel 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Everything was excellent.

My mom and I took a trip to Malaga, and had the best stay at Vincci Larios Diez. The hospitality of the staff was above and beyond my expectations. Pablo, at reception, was especially friendly, helpful, and kind. He suggested lovely restaurants and helped us navigate the town on the holiday weekend we were there. The hotel was exceptionally clean, stylish, and spacious. The bathroom had a lovely waterfall shower, and very nice shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotion. We were lucky enough to have a room with the view of the cathedral and main shopping street, which was really nice. The rooftop restaurant is lovely to visit and take in the view as well. The little bites we had up there were very good as well. As far as location, you are in the center of town and can easily walk to everything. It was also extremely easy to get from the airport to the hotel itself. You take the train, then the metro basically to the front door. We had one last day to book when we were traveling back home, and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again. We can't wait to go back!

Service on 6th floor was erratic - breakfast buffet lovely but needed to have more attention - ie coffee machine not working as pods needed emptying, warm milk jugs all empty, plates not cleared from tables, cups missing, no mention of the egg menu, had to ask for it when we saw other customers with eggs, no one around to take the order had to go and find someone .. all basic but just took the edge off what was otherwise a wonderful stay - maybe you were just short staffed this weekend. Front desk team were wonderful - very impressive.

The tiniest of niggles - you have to put your head under the shower to reach the shower gel - maybe a better position could be found. Otherwise I can't think of anything.

Quiet spacious room, lovely roof restaurant bar and a good breakfast with eggs cooked to order. All the staff were helpful and enthusiastic. The view from the outside balcony of the bar is stunning and the location could not be more central. I received a bottle of fizz and a tasty little chocolate cake for my birthday - as well as one with the staff singing Happy Birthday on my birthday morning.

Best hotel in Malaga. Couldn’t be any more central of a location, so perfect. Staff were all extremely professional and caring, especially the one who checked us in. Amazing rooms, so clean and modern and comfortable. Great terrace bar/restaurant at the top of the building too with an amazing view. Everything was just amazing!

Excellent hotel in the very center of Malaga, nearby restaurants, shopping street, museums. A very rich breakfast selection. It was my husband's birthday during the stay... he received champagne and a cake as a surprise gift. We felt welcomed and cared for. Thanks to all the hotel staff!

The toilet seat is somewhat strange. It has millions of commands but it is difficult to properly seat, even if you are a normal size person. Unclear what is free of charge and what to pay within the room, some goods were on the table, not clearly marked as “for purchase”, this doesn’t impact the experience, just a little message would’ve helped

The hotel was immaculate and well-appointed. The rooms were comfortable, and beds were very good. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The team who managed the breakfast service was exceptional, attentive and very much guest-oriented. The breakfast buffet was superb. We couldn’t have asked for more in a hotel. And the location was perfectly situated, in walking distance of everything.

Location was great - right on the main Malaga drag. Super comfortable and quiet room despite busy location. Breakfast was also very good and hosted on the 6th floor rooftop with great views of the cathedral.

Nothing really

Breakfast was very good, but it could get crowded at peak times due to room size. The staff were excellent. Due to Christmas celebrations, the city was packed and restaurants full to overflowing, but the staff got us a booking in a very good restaurant. They also escorted us to our airport taxi as it was impossible for it to get to the hotel as the streets were impassable with people.
