Quiet rooms face a back wall, so no view. The rooms are not well insulated and are generally hot. There is a weird smell when you open the windows. My neighbors were respectful but I believe you could hear noise from the nearby rooms. The system for turning on/off the lights is complicated.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel location is very central. There are options for choosing a quiet room, if you cannot stand street noise.

Very little hanging space for clothes. Doors didn't open fully in wardrobe, which was a little tedious.

Location is fantastic for exploring cultural highlights and being close to restaurants and shops. Right on the street. Near the Cathedral and Turia gardens. Staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfast had smoothies and fresh fruit as well as other choices . I'd describe it as a boutique hotel. The building itself is also off historical interest as Machado ( the poet) lived here and it was a cultural centre of women's groups in the 1930s Spotlessly clean , great housekeeping.and loved the soaps and Clarins body lotion.

I had an "internal room" with only a "door" to open to the inner courtyard - resulting in, what I did not reconize untill too late, the all other guests could look into me on my bed in shorts or nude. i.e. I had the curtains drawn, but to avoid exposure, you need to pull "blackout" curtains. I stayed for only one night, and realized the above late evening - so I turned out the lights and went to bed. I did not bother to complain early next morning. Damage was done. This is not acceptable in a Vincci hotel. On this trip I stayed 3 nights i Bilbao an 5 nights in Malaga Posado - guite a different expirence. Vincci - you can do much better, sorry. Orherwise the hotel is fine, good location and proff staff.

Very poor insulation, results in a lot of noise, sometimes felt like you are sleeping on the street. Also, a lot of noise every day from inside when the room service starts, usually at 8 am, it definitely not the time I would like to wake up on vacation. Lighting control is too complex and inconvenient.

- Our room faced directly out to the solarium so you couldn’t really have your curtains open or everyone would see straight into the room. - cleaning trolleys / stuff seemed to just be left scattered around the floor we were on all day and night.

- excellent location next to the old town - rooms were comfortable and had an edge of luxury - breakfast was pretty decent - staff were very helpful and friendly

The everyday noise from house keeping while thestaff does doing the job . The rooms are not sound proof.

The location is excellent.. can’t get any better. The rooms were cleanest and the hotel vibe is so classy.
