Older people have trouble climbing into the tub/shower, even with a grab handle. Also, the terrace requires climbing a high step to access it, difficult for older people. The floor was not cleaned regularly. I spilled some crumbs that I could not pick up by hand, and it took 2 days for the bathroom floor to be cleaned.

The location is excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. The room had a lot of natural light and the windows and door all worked . The beds were comfortable and had electric plugs next to them. I liked the treats and water in the room when we checked in. Both elevators worked. Windows and door to terrace provided cross ventilation. The staff were always helpful.

The room doors need better soundproofing. You can hear every conversation passing by and doors slamming. If you’re not an early riser, the cleaning cart was also placed outside of our room each day from 9am, which added to the noise.

Location was amazing, room was comfortable and the roof terrace was nice to catch the late afternoon sun.

I booked two rooms with total cost of 700€. immediately i was charged 400€ as a pre sale deposit. And still after 12 days of check out the hotel didn’t return that money. I find this practice a bit abusive.

Bathroom was very small and congested.

Service was good. Carlos was excellent. He was always very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. His cheerful and polite manner was truly appreciated. Location was excellent. It was walking distance to all major tourist attractions in Madrid. Food was good and had fairly a good selection for breakfast.

I would appreciate if there were a shower head on a flexible hose as the alternative to the fixed head on the wall. Not only could I not wash some body parts properly with the water only falling from top but I can stand on the bus or subway but I want to sit and relax in the shower, which was not possible with that kind of shower.

Amazing buffet table breakfast layout, amazing choice, tasty ingredience, literally explosion of taste when I laid that fermented spanish salami on the soft raisin bun.

The hotel, was very clean and tidy, well set out and right by the heart of the city. The staff were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, great with me as I spoke next to no Spanish. My room was good in proportions, with all the amenities. I had a mini bar that was on trust, upon leaving they asked if you had used the bar and what you had. All in all I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing stood out to us that we did not like!

It’s around the corner from Calle de Alcalá which is full of luxury brands for shopping. It’s pretty central from all locations so the location was best. Beds were comfortable, bidet was a plus, bathrooms were clean & the lobby café was calm and cafè con leche was good too. The staff was super friendly and played World Cup on the large screen in the lobby as well. Rooftop seating was nice, not quite a view but they have a clean and lovely set up. Their cute little Spanish treats by the reception was super sweet too! :)

There were 3 of us, and the room was quite small for 3.

Location was fantastic, very central. staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. There was a great choice and selection for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
