We were told we could only be guaranteed a double bed if we upgraded, and then we paid in full on checkin but then had to pay for the upgrade separately on checkout. Cannot see why we weren’t charged in one go.

Pretty expensive, but anyway, it is value for money. Pool area not very interesting, but we didn´t really come for that.

Breakfast was excellent, and being able to join until 11 a.m. was superb. Location of the hotel perfect. Staff awesome. Room was huge and beautifully planned, which was a big plus.

The TV in our room did not have a signal and staff could not address it. But we were not in the room often so declined the offer of a room change, but it was offered immediately.

The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar and pool is great, a comfortable room and a great location close enough to the sights but situated on a quiet and pretty square away from the crowds. Very close to some lovely authentic Spanish restaurants and tapas bars.

Can be noisy at night, no fault of the hotel but random construction sounds and street noise woke us up a couple times

What a fantastic hotel with marvellous service from all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had the happiest of stays. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel is in a quiet square yet so well located for all the beautiful sights of Seville. Our room had a lovely view of the trees in the square. Loved Vinci Molviedro, thank you for making our holiday so special.

In a place like Seville that is suitable for sleeping in, it's too early for breakfast to end at eleven o'clock.

The location is very good. You can walk to all the famous places in Selivia. There are many restaurants and shops around, and it is very quiet. The hotel has a lot of beautiful small spaces. The front desk helped me upgrade the large bed room and allowed me to check out until one o'clock. The staff was very friendly.

Everything! I made a long research prior to booking and i was very happy with my choice. Ratings are justified. Loved the plaza molviedro , the location was serene amidst the busy streets surrounding. It felt like a ‘home’ . All Staff very helpful and spotless clean.

A great hotel in a fantastic location. It’s very central to all you need to see and do in Sevilla but also very peaceful and quiet. The service and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Reka whose recommendations were perfect). Breakfast was really good and the room was modern, comfortable and clean. the restaurant was very good. The attention to detail was second to none, with the staff leaving us with a farewell note and bottles of water in our car - a very nice touch!

They warned us in advance that there were road blocks around the hotel and sent us an itinerary. They called us a day before arrival how they could help us (e.g. taxi). Reception crew is fantastic. Good breakfast. Kind small gifts during your stay. The hotel has a restaurant with terrasse and very good kitchen.

Very friendly and helpful staff - they helped with everything from the parking of our car to carrying our luggage into the room. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and fresh food. Great location right in the centre of town.

Nothing to fault - the pool was busy so sometimes you had to wait to get chairs or loungers, but it wasn't a real issue.

Great place ! The center , 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. A trendy hotel with a modern design in the quiet center of Seville. The staff was very friendly and was ready to fulfill any request, excellent breakfasts, car rental through the hotel, it was very convenient.

The one and only thing I could criticise is the light switches in the rooms - which glow brightly whether on or off overnight so the room isn't very dark at night. Take a sleep mask!

Beautiful hotel - the perfect combination of old world and all mod cons. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff were so friendly and warm. The location is superb - central but quiet. The roof terrace is fabulous, as is the breakfast atrium. We will definitely go back!

Lack of hooks of any sort in the bathroom. not even one to put a towel on.

great location, nice room, small but great for a short stay. Actual double bed rather than two joint singles! Super efficient housekeeping, extra towel arrived in minutes. Nice reception staff but more on a casual side. Roof deck was nice, tiny swimming pool but really nice bar staff and good selection of snacks and drinks.
