Generally, I was very pleased with the hotel and my room. The price for one night was a little more than I would have expected for a boutique type hotel in a slower part of the year , but service and facilities were top notch.

Great hotel, central with easy walking to all Sevilles attractions. Very friendly attentive staff. Great breakfast. Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy a drink. Very large comfy bed, great shower and lovely little touches to the room service, macaroons, nuts and chocolates.

Too small room

Everything was amazing, since we arrived till we left and the experience was great, amazing staff and very helpful if it’s your first trip to Sevilla. But the room is very small for a couple and not great value of money compared to the size of the room

Pool area very small roof top bar disappointing

The pool area didn’t have much atmosphere but we were there in the off season. The cleaning of our room on the second day wasn’t up to as high a standard as the first and we struggled to work out the air conditioning (although it wasn’t really needed). These were really minor points and we still had a brilliant stay!

The hotel was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and so well located. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Charming little hotel on a typical Sevillian plaza, a few steps from the Cathedral and the Alcazar and the major shopping area. Reception was warm and smiley. Rooms are big, clean and full of amenities. This is a gem of a hotel , no wonder it is my favourite place to stay when I come to Sevilla.

The location of the hotel is ideal. The location is quiet and all major attractions are just around the corner. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choices, everything was fresh and tasty.

The original room was booked with a full bed, but when arrived, the only available was with twin beds, therefore I had to pay an extra charge to get an upgrade for a better room including a full bed. As a bonus, complimentary bottle of waters might not hurt anybody.

Great location, superb customer service and awesome breakfast. The hotel has very nice details and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely book in this hotel again.
