They warned us in advance that there were road blocks around the hotel and sent us an itinerary. They called us a day before arrival how they could help us (e.g. taxi). Reception crew is fantastic. Good breakfast. Kind small gifts during your stay. The hotel has a restaurant with terrasse and very good kitchen.

Very friendly and helpful staff - they helped with everything from the parking of our car to carrying our luggage into the room. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and fresh food. Great location right in the centre of town.

Nothing to fault - the pool was busy so sometimes you had to wait to get chairs or loungers, but it wasn't a real issue.

The location was great - a quiet square but easy walk around Seville. The staff were friendly and everything was dealt with efficiently. The room was comfortable and so clean - loved it all.

Great place ! The center , 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. A trendy hotel with a modern design in the quiet center of Seville. The staff was very friendly and was ready to fulfill any request, excellent breakfasts, car rental through the hotel, it was very convenient.

The one and only thing I could criticise is the light switches in the rooms - which glow brightly whether on or off overnight so the room isn't very dark at night. Take a sleep mask!

Beautiful hotel - the perfect combination of old world and all mod cons. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff were so friendly and warm. The location is superb - central but quiet. The roof terrace is fabulous, as is the breakfast atrium. We will definitely go back!

Lack of hooks of any sort in the bathroom. not even one to put a towel on.

great location, nice room, small but great for a short stay. Actual double bed rather than two joint singles! Super efficient housekeeping, extra towel arrived in minutes. Nice reception staff but more on a casual side. Roof deck was nice, tiny swimming pool but really nice bar staff and good selection of snacks and drinks.

The reception staff could have been more attentive every time you entered or left the hotel. The WiFi could be a bit unpredictable especially in the mornings.

The location of the hotel to the major sights was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and located in a very quiet square away from the busy centre. My room was lovely, large shower and a balcony you could sit on to watch the world go by!

I loved the property. Breakfast was ok other menu a bit limited food ok. But the hotel and staff are outstanding roof top pool is lovely also. I am defo going back there.

The reception staff were amazing especially Antonio and Christina and everyone else. Hotel in lovely quiet street. Rooms so big and spotless and a pretty spot I recommend walking to Santa Cruz for coffee spots.

Initially we were in a room close to reception which was a little noisy, particularly when trying to have a lazy morning. But staff were able to move us to a different room for our final night which was much appreciated.

Comfy beds, , great showers, good location on a quiet square with easy access to all the sights of Seville. Roof terrace and pool was a little oasis in a busy city.

Brilliant location short walk to main attractions of historic centre. Staff really top notch particularly the lovely girl on reception and the waiters who looked after the outside cafe and roof terrace - they seem to be working v long hours. Good standard for what is probably mainly a tourist hotel. Even staff on at 3 am when we had to get taxi to airport. Would happily stay there again.

Only minor point is that rooftop bar not open in evenings (though might be in the summer) as it's a lovely spot with a view of the cathedral tower.

perfect location to walk into old town. lovely roof top pool. rooms are a great size, and the balcony is so lovely to open up first thing in the morning. big comfy beds. screen share on the tv for a movie. good aircon

It’s hard to say as I did not have a bad experience in this place.

I loved the location. It is the most spacious room in European standards. The staff are super super friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Housekeeping is extra careful and clean in every corner of the room. I love that they have a self cleaning nozzle (bidet) in the room. I definitely recommend blindly.

Fantastic new hotel in the centre of Sevilla. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was not only spacious and tastefully decorated but also immaculately clean, providing the perfect retreat after exploring the charming streets of Sevilla. The hotel's central location allowed us easy access to all the city's attractions, adding to the convenience of our stay. Hotel was beautiful - and staff were exceptionally friendly. Great location in the Centre of the city but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Beautiful roof top area to enjoy a quiet drink, and lovely bar on the ground floor. Doorman talked us through the local map on arrival and made recommendations for dinner - which were brilliant. All in all, a fabulous stay.
