Comfy hotel with friendly staff. Although it had been decorated well, some of the details were a little tired - scratched walls, etc - but generally it was nice. The area was ok and it was walkable to old town, but it wasn't my favourite area of Bilbao that I've stayed in.

The neighborhood during the night does not seem very safe. But if you take the metro or train you don't pass from anywhere weird.

I loved the cleanness of the whole facility. Extremely helpful staff and very friendly. Also, fluent in English, which is huge for Spain. Also very cheap, but without compromises.

Air con was only set to heating so couldnt get any airflow in the room. it was too noisy to leave the windows open. Staff did find us a fan to use which made the stay more pleasant. Strange room deodorant seems to be used - has quite an unpleasant smell that invades the whole hotel

Unfortunately, they don't serve breakfast (but we knew it while booking). It's a great opportunity to explore coffee places in the center. Also, there is coffee & cookies in the room

Nothing to fault, except maybe the location - it was a slight way away from the old town, so coming back to the room throughout the day was not super convenient. We like to walk and had lots planned during our stay, so it wasn’t a big issue, but something to keep in mind.

The hotel is perfectly curated & our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a little tea station. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, and even helped us with printing our coach tickets - overall a wonderful experience for our first time in Bilbao.

Price was ridiculous. During the exhibition prices are 20 times higher than normal, honestly this is to greedy in terms of what is fair.

I liked both the room and the common area, The staff were really helpful and provided all kind of information. The location is fine, walking distance from city center and main attractions and the bus to/from the airport as well.

not the nicest neighborhood, but does not feel unsafe at all. when you enter the hotel, a strong smell of cleaning products (as if to hide some bad smells). Just 1 window without a view (a view on the roof and back of other buildings). Missing a bit a personal service, it feels more like having a room, since there is no place to have breakfast, nor a real lobby.

nice look & feel, stylish decoration. exactly like on the pictures online. very clean, hygienic. flexible check-in, easy to enter at any time of the day. Can leave your luggage in lockers on the day of check-out. Location is only 10-15 min walk from Casco Viejo (old town) and Guggenheim museum on the other hand.

We were afraid of using the payment link because lately there is a lot of information going on about this platform being hacked... So we wanted to call the hotel and verify that - no one was answering and no one was replying to our emails. Finally we talked on a chat here and after they "rejected" our card from the system there was an option to pay directly to booking. All was good at the end but this was a bit problematic. However this is the only thing I can complain about. After we got to the location everything was perfect

You can leave your luggage in a storage boxes, the location is nice, the room is nice and comfortable. The bed is huge. There is a mini fridge and even the steam iron in the room

The forniture was really good, and the bed was comfortable. The room had the smart tv and it is good because you can connect and watch your favorite movies/episodes using Netflix, Disney etc. The staff was really helpful and approachable

Had everything that it needed, location was fine to reach various points of the city. Water and coffees were topped up every day with attentive cleaning staff. It also has a common room and co-working space in case you need to work outside of your room.

The bad organization. There’s no one at the front desk until 14h. They say they are available at two different phone numbers but it’s not true. I called like 10 times and no one replied. They didn’t even called me back. I also booked the parking and because no one was there to tell me where the parking was nor to give me the key to access it, I had to find a new parking in the last very second. It was a really bad beginning.

The location did not seem very safe and the reception was only open after two o'clock in the afternoon. The room was quite dark and there was a very small desk. There were no reasonable eating options in the vicinity of the accommodation.

The room was small but cozy. The accommodation included a shared bright room for work. The lady at the reception couldn't print anything for me, but she very willingly arranged for me to have it printed at a nearby stationery shop.

We really liked the property. What we have noticed - in Spanish hotels in general - is that the soundproofing isn’t always the best. Bring earplugs.

Cosy yet modern hotel, good location, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, …. Overall really good. We were positively surprised. They also gave us a family room instead of the triple room we booked. Very nice gesture.

Although it didn’t say in the booking, we got an interior room and we expected an exterior one. Besides, the room had half windows (basement-like), so the room was quite dark – although on the other hand it was quiet and inviting for sleeping in.

Nice little hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The location is good and one can visit the city easily from here. The decoration is simple but with taste, making the stay pleasant.
