Quite a few stairs at the entrance before entering lift. It's a problem when customers come in with heavy luggage. There is no staff to help with the luggage.

The rooms are not sound proofed very well and my room appeared to be next to some kind of ventilation shaft which made noise.

The staff were pleasant, polite and most helpful. The drinks and the drink selection at the bar were good. The hotel may be off the beaten track but tram, metro and buslines will take you into the city centre without trouble.

Location is a bit far from the center (but 10 min walk near the metro station and 15 min the city center). Bed could be more comfortable.

Very helpful reception. There are food and drink automatas. Breakfest is good and various. Dinner dishes are delicious.

Hotel is 30mins away from city centre by public transport. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Food was a bit bland, dinner portions were small.

Reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the stay was comfortable.

The pool opened on 1st May for summer period. On 1st day of pool operation, I expected it to be clean but was not kept ready.

Considering the price/value ratio compared to other hotels in the Valencia area, there is nothing to complain about.

Around 25 min. from the hotel to the city center by metro L2. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Free parking is possible on public parking lots around the hotel. If none are available a parking garage directly next to the hotel is available with fair charges. Hotel’s look and feel in general are not top notch, but still very clean, comfortable and in a decent condition. It provides a very good value for the money. Would definitely rebook here again. Very close to Valencia airport.

Mainly the location. It's not convenient if you want to sightsee Valencia. It takes an hour to get into the city center and 1.5 hours to the beach with public transport (metro or bus). The room was basic with a small TV that barely got any channels. It can get noisy in the room, you can hear everything from the other rooms and floors. Would have been nice to be able to go outside in the pool area even if the pool is closed for the season.

Good breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner.

Unfortunately coming in April meant the pool was out of season so couldn’t be used (despite it being 27 degrees whilst there!!)

Came away for our anniversary weekend and had a lovely time. For the price we paid we cannot complain, its a really affordable hotel which is clean and a great location. The metro was less than 10 minute walk away to get into Valencia centre. The maids came in each morning and cleaned the room and made the bed which was lovely. The room itself was spacious and bed was large. The bathroom was spacious and good shower pressure! Also the staff were very helpful.

Sleeping was sometimes uncomfortable. They have a central heater running throughout the building. You could also feel the springs in the mattress. Located next to a school, I had to worry about the windows and changing.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Enjoyed hearing the birds outside our windows in the mornings. Easy walk to Metro. The bar served great drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. The restaurant also had tasty food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Although breakfast and dinner options were available at the hotel, the additional costs may not align with every budget. Additionally, while noise levels were generally manageable, the thin walls could potentially impact the tranquility of the stay for some guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, they did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. Unfortunatly you can still not use your phone as room card in 2024.

Our experience at Port Feria Valencia was delightful, prompting us to extend our stay. The staff exhibited professionalism and competence throughout our visit. Despite being situated outside Valencia, the location proved convenient, with just a 10-minute walk to public transportation. The affordable price point justified the distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, featuring stylish LED accents behind the mirrors. The spacious bathroom and shower added to the comfort of our stay. Despite thin walls, noise was not a significant issue, ensuring peaceful nights. The large windows provided ample natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance. We opted for breakfast at the hotel, priced at 11 euros, which offered a satisfying spread. Additionally, we enjoyed a reasonably priced dinner at the hotel's restaurant, priced at 17 euros for an all-you-can-eat menu accompanied by water and wine. Overall, our experience left us thoroughly satisfied, and we would consider returning in the future.
