Everything is quite old-ish and “tired”. It looks modern on photos but when you’re inside you immediately notice little damages - floors, bath furniture. Also the balcony door near the bed was broken - I opened it once and barely could close it spending 15-20 minutes figuring out what to do. Every damage I notice I photographed and immediately wrote to flat owners on booking, so they won’t charged my deposit later mistakingly put those damages on me. Never had an answer tho and still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Let’s hope for the best:) And it’s a bit noisy because of the renovations - JFYI. Wasn’t a problem for me bcz I’m used to sleeping with earplugs

The location is good. Close to attractions, good public transportation. Nice view from the flat (mine was at 6th floor)

200 Euro deposit took about a week to be refunded. There were deep scratches in the wooden floorboards. Had to take out the trash on check-out. Apartment is on a busy main street which currently has construction works for the tram, so was fairly noisy in the mornings. Mattress was quite soft and could do with replacing.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with washing machine. Great welcome package with a small bottle of olive oil, tea, salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets but no laundry detergent. Close to the Sagrada Familia.

I do confirm previous opinions that it is very noisy and pretty hard to sleep also apartment in general requires slight renovation. I came for 2 weeks and got only 1 set of towels (big for body and smaller one for hair), there should be at least 2 During my stay washing washing (I think it was very old device) machine got broken, and within one week no one was able to fix it. Having washing machine was one of reasons I booked this apartment. I called them, but no one answers and after some time they even stop responding to my messages. To me very unprofessional The worst thing... 4 times I saw some insects, 3 times some white ones (I saw them only in Spain) and once cockroach :| But i think cockroach is caused by extending tram line and digging in the street, because in general apartment and building is clean

The shower was loose. We were missing one set of cup and saucer. We were 4 in our party and there were only 3 sets. The bed was a bit hard. You can hear the noise from the traffic outside your window.

Location was accessible to all. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment even before our check in time.

The crockery and cutlery were a bit basic but we did have everything we needed. The noise from the traffic and construction site outside, which was not the fault of the owners of the flat, but did impact on our stay somewhat.

We liked the location which was very close to Sagrada Familia and other attractions. The flat was spacious and very clean and we particularly liked the bathroom which had a roomy and powerful shower. The bed was a good size and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The fact the air conditioner didn't get the apartment cool at all. We spent the nights being very hot. The toilet seat needs fixing as it was very lose and thef lighting in the bathroom was terrible, so I couldn't see enough to put on my makeup.

The location was great, not far from Sagrada Familia and a 30 min walk up to Parkguell. There was plenty of restaurants near by. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The apartment was a good size too. The staff of Weflating were good at answering our questions. It was good having a washing machine and a clothes rack.x

It,s a beautiful space with great views to the Diagonal street. Location is perfect, 5 min. walk to Sagrada Familia. Comfortable sofa and bed. Kitchenet equipped with all the needed appliances.

Property was as described - Could do with a little TLC but nothing that causes any discomfort. Getting into the property was quick and easy and the host was very helpful allowing us to drop our bags off early. Lots of roadworks outside of the property but as we were on the 4th floor the noise didn't worry us. Property is centrally located which was a plus.

Sometimes there was little bit noise due to road reconstruction, but it is not Weflating´s fault. The only thing that was not 100% is little bit dirty anti-slip mat in shower.

Apartment looks very fine, there´s everything you need for comfortable stay (fridge, washing machine, TV...). You can have complete darkness in whole apartment using blinds. Bed is big and very comfortable. We were satisfied and would choose this apartment in the future again.

Aparrnent needs an upgrade, paint, lot of wear and tear and very minimalistic, it lacks love. Expensive for what you get, you can see it is a high turnover apartment and needs attention.

Location was amazing with Sagrada La Famillia so close and apartment was spacious but it stops there.

When you book on booking.com, it isn't immediately obvious that you pay the full amount if you decide to cancel or that you have to pay a damage bond of €200 - ours was refunded without issue, but it could be made clearer at the online booking point. Major roadworks right outside the apartment ( relaying pavement & installing tram lines). The apartment is a bit worn: paintwork a bit faded, cracked bathroom sink, no plug for the sink to wash the few dishes we had, no teatowel to dry them; no instructions for the washing machine; no duvet cover for the bed.

The location is great - 2 streets from Sagrada Familia. Good secure lock on the door & an elevator. There is air conditioning in the apartment. The apartment is a good size for a couple.

The flat was not very clean when we arrived, I actually stepped into glass on the first day and injured my foot. Also, there were no hangers for towels and jackets and the kitchen could have been equipped much better. The host seems to charge extra for basically any extra service. Extra towels cost extra.

A very spacious and light flat just 3 minutes away from Sagrada Familia and a lot of connections to public transport. Great bars and restaurants very close by. The street is very loud though, so we couldn’t have the windows open for too long.

No reception, impossible to contact the staff via WhatsApp after 18:00. We arrived at 20:30 (they were informed) we had to wait outside the building. calling them on the indicated phone number (using roaming) cost us about 20 USD and we only got to the point where they were "checking the reservation". After that I had to look for a cafe or restaurant to connect to wifi, in order to be able to fill the mobile balance, so that I could contact them again! Finally someone came and we were checked in! After 5 hours flight, having all the luggage it was not the most comfortable experience. In the apartment that was meant to be prepared for 3 guests (a couple and a 13 year old child), we only had one duvet. On the first night it was little cool so the next say we contacted staff, asking to bring us another one. They promised to do so, but after returning to the apartment we only found an extra duvet cover, but not the duvet itself. Of course we contacted them and received a promise, they would find out what happened and would resolve the problem. We left the apartment after 4 days, never receiving the duvet, neither any response or explanation :) So... the location is great, the apartment is OK, the service is very poor.

The cleanliness of the room was not good. Especially some parts were old but not repaired. (eg the lock on the bathroom door was broken, the window next to the bed could not be opened, etc.) The basic items were provided in the kitchen, but some of them were dirty.

The location is within walking distance of the center and on the main street. La sagrada familia is right next to the hotel. It is very convenient for transportation and there are markets where you can buy your needs. The room itself is large and spacious. Designed with needs in mind.
