A family hotel with great views of the airport. Guests can enjoy the spacious terrace and balcony, offering views of planes taking off and landing. Despite being just 1.5 km away, the noise was not audible. The hotel is conveniently located for access to the airport, especially for those with early morning flights.

Good location for us since we rented a car! The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Kitchen was small but cool! Overall a really nice house! It was kept spotless by Sofia, a very nice italian girl who also gave us some tips for our stay!

The lack of a car could have made my mobility a real obstacle, especially considering that Tenerife is not exactly the safest or most bike-friendly place. Fortunately, having the car played a key role in mitigating this potential issue. The shared bathroom might not be suitable for everyone, especially for those who prefer a more private and personal accommodation. Additionally, on the first evening, I had to deal with the issue of non-functional WIFI, a inconvenience that fortunately was resolved by the next day.

My stay at this accommodation was an authentic experience, characterized by an essential atmosphere that perfectly suits solo travelers or those who prefer a no-frills setting. Located in the southern part, the lodging is easily accessible from the airport, making the journey convenient and straightforward, especially for those with a car. The warm welcome from the owner made my arrival pleasant and comfortable. Their attention to detail in explaining every aspect of the facility contributed to creating a welcoming atmosphere. In particular, I appreciated how the owner handled an unexpected transportation issue. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to rent a car for the entire duration of my stay, promptly resolving the problem. In conclusion, I would recommend this accommodation to those seeking an authentic experience and a hassle-free stay, enriched by the owner's thoughtful hospitality.

One bathroom sometimes was an issue. Also there were lots of ants - but I think it's not only this place's problem but whole Tenerife has to deal with it :)

This a very nice place with really atractive price. It's not very modern, it just feels like home. Kitchen has everything you need. Everything is clean. We loved the roof top with ocean/airport view. The owner was really helpful and even found us a place to sleep for additional night when he didn't have free rooms.

The Accomodation was very good and great value for money. There is an open space kitchen and each room has a cupboard space and Fridge shelf allocated. So you can buy your food from the local shops and cook your meals. This can save you some Money, as meals could be expensive especially when visiting the beach areas. There is a lovely gentleman in the property called Alfonso who is very helpful especially if you speak Spanish. The house keeper is a lovely French lady called Soléne. She can also communicate in English which is great. She helped me a lot with the best routes to take and locations to visit. The landlady is also lovely and called Alicia. The Property has free WIFI. From the property, there is about a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. You can take the bus number 111 from there to Los Cristianos for €2.20(one way) which is not bad.(Takes about 10-15 minutes ride).If you wish to go to Costa Adeje it will cost €2.70(one way). But also keep in mind sometimes the buses are not on time. If you love walking along the beach, you can walk from Costa Adeje all the way to Los Cristianos, but it can take a good hour or a bit more if you have short legs like me😊. Oh and from the Airport, you can take a taxi to the property and it will only cost about €9. P.s: There is no Uber in Tenerife. I will share some pictures of the property below and a few of the areas I visited. In all it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back. I really loved the property. Great Value for money.

You pretty much have to have a car for practicality reasons , there is a bus stop nearby to get around, but the property is a bit out of the way. Super close to the airport though. Also the bathroom looks like it has a bath. Like the cake , the bath is a lie, it only has a shower , apparently an English lady took over two hours in the bath while others needed to use the loo and such, so they had to just restrict it to shower only. Which is understandable.

The setting is amazing, the value of this property is actually completely on point. Me and my wife had a comfortable stay here and would 100% come again. The owners and the staff were lovely , well worth the money spent

The walls in the 2 single rooms are a bit thin, I think 1 room has been made into 2 (so I would recommend taking a larger room.) But for most of the time I was there I didn't have a neighbour. But really can't complain with the overall price, value quality.

This is a great option less than a 10 min drive from the airport, inland, up in to the hills. Big residential property on a very quite street (Only 1 or 2 other houses.) The family who own it live on the ground floor and the rooms are located on the next floor. Massive breakfast terrace that overlooks the airport and the resorts of médano and las Américas. Also roof terrace with tables and shaded chill out area. Very clean! Nice owners! The owner rented me a car for a very good price for a couple of days. Good bus connections to get to the resorts or capital Santa cruz. It's about a 10/15 min walk to the bus stop. A really peaceful place. There were a few people staying for a couple months, so that gives an idea on the price value quality. Plus only a few rooms. If you're on foot it takes more planning but it's fine there's a nice local restaurant 12 mins walking away and a small shop. It's a beautiful walk (lots of cactuses) so I really enjoyed it. And once you are familiar with the buses it's so easy. Buy a bus card at the machine at the airport for cheaper bus travel.

Alvaro and Alicia are wonderful hosts. When I arrived, Alvaro took plenty of time to show me around the house (even though he was already late for an appointment). My room was very clean and I enjoyed my daily breakfasts at the balcony - there even is a nice rooftop that you can use.
