The beds were hard and not comfy. For the price we payed I expected at least to have towels included, we had to pay 3€ each - Which is nothing really, but at the same time it is annoying.

Cosy atmosphere, nice and welcoming staff.

    It was ideal

The reception and welcome was great and the quality of the building is beautiful. Choice of breakfast at a time of your choice, and I recommend have the evening meals, Laura is a great cook👌 A family atmosphere with Manuel & Laura has wonderful hosts. Yet quiet spaces indoors and in the garden for reflection. Access for walking was ideal and the weather matched the hospitality 😊

We were given a very warm welcome by the staff. The views from the garden were amazing and the meals provided were simple, tasty and good portions. Very good value and lovely family run refugi. Thank you!

    Nothing.

Our hosts were so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The views from the well kept garden were stunning. It was beautifully rustic and very traditional. A perfect mountain retreat. The 3 course evening meal was excellent traditional mountain fare, very tasty and filling. Breakfast, included in the price, was hearty with a choice of fruit or savoury. It set us up for the day.

Outstanding place to stay in La Molina, with beautiful views of the mountains in every direction. The welcome from the owners was incredibly warm and the standards very high. Very cycling friendly. While the breakfast was really good, the most outstanding meal was dinner - three courses plus drinks, all cooked on the premises to a high level.

A warm and friendly welcome and our e-bikes stored right inside the bar with places fo charge them. Our room was immaculate as was the shared bathroom. Dinner was so so good and breakfast generous and delicious. But the nicest thing was how kind and warm Manuel and Laura were. Thank you so much 💚

The walls are thin and you can hear practically everything the people in the other rooms are doing. I couldn’t rest as much as I wanted.

It is a really nice chalet, the owners are polite and accommodating, there was a good breakfast included. It is really clean as well. It’s 10min from the train station, location is great if you don’t have a car.

It is quite far from the slopes so you do rely on the ski bus which can be full or late.

Manel, Laura and family were the perfect hosts! Friendly, helpful and super accommodating. The food they made was delicious and we ate there for dinner every night. Vegetarian option was excellent as well. The communal areas are great with excellent views across the valley.

The bathrooms are functional but very basic and the toilet cubicles are very small - too small for my legs.

Manel is the perfect host. He will look after you and make you feel at home. The rooms are small but decorated with heart. Chill at the fireplace with a book and a glass of red after a long day of skiing …

No option to have dinner (the owner told me that as we were only three people staying in he could only cook omelettes or drop us to some local restaurants. The two nights I ended up having a cold dinner in the room with food I bought in the supermarket close to the slopes). Very basic breakfast (two slices of bread either with jam, yogurt and fruit, or with tomato and some cold cuts). They give you beddings so that you make your bed. I had a private room with a bunk bed, the mattress was very hard. The handle of the door of the bathroom is broken from the inside so you can’t close it and hope no one will lock you in it. They provide towel but there is no shower mat and the tiles are cold obviously. Unfortunately the local bus was not in service, so I had to walk the 3km back from the slopes to there. In the morning I did some hitch-hiking to avoid having to walk the 3km uphill. I was luck both times. On the second morning one of the owners left at the same time by car without proposing me to do a detour to drop me at the slopes that are 5min by car which would have just been nice to propose.

    It was very warm

Nice location but uncomfortable stay, I wouldn't rush back.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I kept waking up all night long with 'pins and needles' (sensacion de hormigueo) in my arms, and it was the most uncomfortable bed I've come across in a long time. The walls were very thin and we could hear people snoring and talking in other rooms. The toilets and showers were communal, but also had their locks and door mechanisms removed, so ZERO privacy, I was quite surprised at this even for an albergue, and they were busy as shared between entire all rooms on entire floor. The towels were not given to us on the first night, but in the morning I asked for towels and was given two. The breakfast was a very basic i.e. a baguette with Mercadona ham and cheese and cheap carton juice. People around were complaining about the sweet breakfast and asking to swap, and I did think it looked even more basic (some kind of sugary bread and some toast). We checkout a day early and went to stay somewhere else nearby. With a little investment in new mattresses and bathrooms, this place could be a lot better and a lot more comfortable.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. The entrance and communal area downstairs was cosy.
