Front desk is not open 24 hours, but they will make arrangements to accommodate unusual schedules.

So many things: Location - easy walk from train station and in an area with local flavor. Staff - Gwen and Antonio were friendly,helpful and very accommodating. Comfort- A small boutique property that felt like our home away from home. It was clean and modern with comfortable beds and bathrooms. We are so happy with our stay and hope that others will plan to stay here.

There's nothing that's not to like ...

In nor particular order: great neighborhood with plenty of little restaurants, tapas places, breakfast/lunch. The hotel itself is in a quiet spot. Inside it is very clean yet cozy. The room was spacious and the bed big nice and comfy. Staff was very helpful. We didn't take any breakfast because there were enough places in the surrounding streets (try DDL Boutique!), but it did look very nice as well. A 10 out of 10!

The smell was so good the minute you enter. The place had a very nice energy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We stayed at the loft upstairs.the staff were so friendly, they made us feel like we were home with good friends. The location was superb!

The only thing to consider is more hangers in the bathroom and a solution so the shower doesn't flood the floor.

Second time we stay here. Impeccable maintenance, super kind staff (thanks again to Antonio for the patience and the helpful tips!). We will return :)

The welcome from the staff was really great. Everything we needed to know about our room and the hotel was explained to us at check in. The room was very spacious and nicely designed. I loved that there was an extra door to bedroom to close at night ensuring a quiet night. Our room faced the street but the windows and shutters kept out the noise and the light.

The pillows could have been a bit firmer but I suppose everyone has their own preferences. The linen on the bedding had some minor stains but was nonetheless perfectly clean and I was very pleased with my room and stay.

Great smart modern small hotel with beautiful modern spacious rooms - very beautiful spacious rooms. I would say it is definitely a place to consider staying in Valencia for that reason alone and the staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful people 😀.

Friendly staff and a nice and clean hotel with style. The location is also perfect, close to the train station, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. The kitchen is also well equiped to make quick and simple meals.

EVERYTHING! And I will be back. Honestly, though, so much. It felt like I had my own little apartment in Valencia. I could work well from my room, the breakfast was amazing (they even brought it up to my room during a meeting), the staff were amazing, and the terrace balcony looking over Calle de Cuba was wonderful, with lots of fresh air and bustling sounds of the local neighbourhood. I cannot fault a single thing. Heaven!
