No balcony and no air conditioning. However it's rare to find an apartment with air conditioning in Playa del Ingles and fans were available in both bedrooms and the living room.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. One of the nicest we have stayed in while in Playa del Ingles. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. He arranged to meet us on arrival and was available to answer any queries etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

The building has an unusually maintenance programme with quite annoying noises at times during the resting hours, that we needed to address personally, with not so much success. This is the main reason for lesser ranking.

The host was exceptionally nice, ready to meet all our needs, without being in any way intrusive; the apartment has a great view, on the 4th floor, has pretty much all needed for a nice stay. The building has two fast elevators, always working, and in front of it a decent swimming pool and a parking space of 10-12 slots. On the ground floor there are a massage centre (with quite expensive services), a hairdresser and an awesome cosy Italian restaurant with good prices and fantastic food.

The blinds in the living room/kitchen didn’t block enough light so anyone sleeping in the smaller bedroom would be woken by light streaming into there from windows above the wall. No cheese grater. Not a proper double bed but two singles zipped together, this is a particularly Spanish thing and probably out of the owners control. These are all minor things and did not in anyway spoil my stay.

The apartment is close to the Yumbo Centrum for the restaurants, shopping and night life. The apartment is on the 5th floor but had two lifts. There’s a pool for the block which is well maintained but hardly used. There’s never a shortage of a sun lounger as a result.

Only small downside was the iron needs replaced, as it was burnt on the bottom (leaving a mark on a t-shirt), but the apartment had every facility needed - and even gave us beach towels to use. It may also get very warm in summer without aircon but the fans were great.

Great apartment with a great host who was very flexible with check in and check out. We had a great stay - lots of extras including a nespresso machine, hair dryer, and full washing facilities. The pool is not heated - but is a great depth and perfect for lengths. Everything you need for a week away.

In the city center, walking distance from everything (shops, groceries, restaurant, beach, public transport). Quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Great pool access with sun-beds. Great weather even in winter:)

There was a renovation going on next door which caused severe noise from 9 a.m. onwards every day. Since we came to Gran Canaria for pride week with parties going on all night, it was useless having an apartment where we could only rest for a couple of hours before being woken up abruptly by the builders. The host did not inform us about the situation in advance and when we brought up the issue, he just said he was not aware of it. We were offered no compensation or a solution whatsoever even though this has significantly affected our stay. The cleanliness was a disaster. One of the mattress protectors had large blood stains on it and was not even washed. The towels smelled mouldy. The inside of the kitchen cupboards smelled musty and the utensils were dirty so we basically needed to wash everything first. The inside of the oven had a large amount of food and grease burnt on which we also needed to clean ourselves. The sofa was broken or missing a leg in the middle. One of the bedrooms had damaged corner slats where cockroaches came in regularly. Everything looked new in the photos but in reality it was worn down, the lack of maintenance was obvious. At €115 per night the place was not cheap, but it definitely felt that way.

Great location for partying at Yumbo, bright living room, powerful shower.
