The price of this hotel is to high compare to other hotels because you can find I similar hotels at much lower price in the area. The spa area was too noisy, small area and the water running in the pool made when others where there was overwhelming..

amazing facilities, location and breakfast. get to use the spa for 30 mins each day, they regularly extended if no other guests were booked in after. loved this hotel

No negatives at all

Location is ideal. Hotel was perfect, no complaints at all, we really enjoyed our time here & will definitely be back, a special mention to Fran who made us feel so welcome and was amazing to deal with.

Nothing really. If I was being really picky I'd say having the bar open earlier in the afternoon. And a bit more drawer space for clothes.

Great rooms, good atmosphere, loved the roof top terrace and the bar. The cute touches like the fortune cookies etc were great. Martin the barman was especially good, looked after us really well and remembered our drinks throughout the stay and always asked us how we were doing etc. Loved the wine and cheese, great way to start the evening and good wines as well! Location was excellent and the maps and guidance from the front desk staff were really useful. And of course Harry the legend. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Barcelona.

I think the breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were not to our liking and the cold buffet was a bit lacking in imagination - where was the nice granola, better quality of bread etc?

We had a family room which was ample in size. The location of the hotel was excellent and meant we could walk everywhere, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Nothing not to like!

The hotel was amazing, the staff are really helpful, the hotel is in a fantastic location, central but in a quieter street. Included in our booking was breakfast... excellent, the team that run breakfast were efficient and really helpful. Walkable to all the main sites and lots of restaurants/cafes near by.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. Friendly staff, nightly wine & cheese gathering, in-house restaurant, delicious hot & cold buffet breakfast. Small but very comfortable room (light & airy). Enjoyed the Turkish spa with relaxing massage, the 24-hour expresso machine, and the availability of a clothes washer & dryer. Great views from the rooftop lounge and pool.

I couldn't fault it

Great location for the reason I was visiting. Service was excellent (the best I have received from a hotel in a long time). Room was on the small side but would not stop me returning. Superb roof terrace. Nice decor. I was not expecting the free wine and cheese each evening in the sister hotel next door, a nice touch.

If I had one gripe it was that the bed was quite hard. Okay if you like hard beds but not great if you don’t! We asked for a topper and that made for a better night sleep.

The hotel was in a great location, close to central metro stations and a short walk from tourist attractions but quiet. The staff were fantastic, welcoming, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food and juices. The spa and gym were good and the free cheese and wine o’clock from 1830 a nice touch. I’ve been fortunate to stay in top hotels around the world and this was some of the highest standards of customer service. We had a courtyard room which was quiet at night.

The bed could have been more comfortable but that’s a personal preference that we prefer a softer mattress topper.

For some reason the heating had been turned on in the night, woke up roasting at 24 degrees. We also had no hot water one morning due to a fault.

Lovely hotel and room, staff were great. Spa is small but nice and very clean. Staff would bring us small gifts each day, a very nice gesture!

One thing I would say is we were rushed to finish our breakfast and had to order a coffee before 11am.

Honestly loved our stay here. Great value for money! We were given free cheese and wine both evenings before going out for dinner. Very clean and pleasant staff.
