this hotel is perfect. so pretty, staff are so accommodating, breakfast has lots of options, free yoga & Pilates classes. can’t wait to come back!

The room got very cold and couldn’t seem to control the temperature!

Beautiful chilled lounge and breakfast area. Great spa, great staff, nice enough gym. The food was brilliant.

The room was always abit too cold. The breakfast had a great variety but the ‘hot’ buffet was always cold (we had cold fried eggs every day). They need a lunch time / light snack menu at more reasonable prices, 18euro for 5 croquettes is a lot (they are 8 euro in Palma restaurants), meaning we had to head out of the hotel for snacks / lunch.

The vibe!! ❤️ The decor / interior / exterior design made you want to spend time there. The gym. The yoga studio. The size of the room. The staff around reception were great, so friendly. The fragrance of the lobby / reception.

A few drawbacks worth mentioning. The absence of bathrobes and complimentary cottons and cotton buds was disappointing, as was the lack of complimentary water bottles. Additionally, the furniture felt cheap, with raw wood that snagged clothing. The room could have used additional bed covers, especially since it was cold in April. The check-in process via iPad didn't quite match the luxurious feel I was expecting; a more personal touch at the reception would have been preferable.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful, and the hotel's vibe and design were spot-on. Plus, its location and the view were unbeatable

Breakfast was really good with lot of options. We had a wonder view of beach form our balcony. Location was really good, with supermarket, restaurants, beach, cash machine and bus stop within 5 minutes of walk.

The smell of the sprayed substance in the reception area was pungent and unnecessary! The choice of music played in the dining room/ restaurant during afternoon and evening was repetitive and head banging!

Comfort, cleanliness, easy access to pool area, and right on seafront! Loved the easy access to the breakfast area and the choices of food were very varied and always fresh! Staff were always there and very helpful

It would have been nice to not pay for parking.

Zel Mallorca was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, the facilities were so pretty and peaceful. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was absolutely perfect as well. I plan to return.

The music at the lobby was too loud, we were staying at the room right next to the stairs and we could hear the music, also people walking up the stairs and their conversations

The fellow who checked me in said it would be 20 euros per day to park my car in the hotel parking lot. I believe that online I had been quoted 10 euros so I'm not sure why he upped it so much. He did tell me about the free parking around the corner but then tried to instil fear into me by suggesting it might not be safe to park there overnight. I don't really like the feeling of being forced into paying too much for something by using fear tactics.

Food was excellent...fresh and healthy. Rooms were spotlessly clean. i liked the decor. I liked all the amenities and the location. It was not noisy late into the night which was nice.

Nothing I didn’t like, but a few things that need looking into. The music in the main lobby of hotel doesn’t suit the ambiance of the chilled vibe. You walk in and it is so loud you can barely hear people speak and it’s deep house music (this is very odd). Also there’s no reception, you have to wait around to find someone who has an iPad that can tell you how to get a key to your room. Not really what you want when you get off a flight, I think it is quite an unorganised process. If anyone is travelling with a friend, bear in mind that the shower is in the middle of the room and made of glass with some ropes on one side (you can clearly see through). You wouldn’t be able to shower with the person in the room as they can visibly see you. Basically it’s not private, so would be something to consider - great for couples though! The menu for food is limited to a few dishes and super expensive. The breakfast that was included was very good though, lots to choose from and freshly made.

The aesthetic and attention to interior detail. The sea view was also very beautiful, nice gym and yoga room.

Unfortunately, parking was a bit pricey - you can find plenty of free parking close to the hotel though The breakfast was amazing on the first day but then the display got less pretty every day Food and drink was quite pricey which is why we didn‘t use the hotel bar at night even though we would‘ve really like to, went to other bars instead The check-in process was a little confusing (we could‘ve pre-checked online but didn‘t have the time because we were travelling) but once we got that done it was all over a remarkable stay.

We loved everything about our stay at ZEL. Wow wow wow! We would love to be back. We loved every minute. Beautiful facilities, right at the beach (like 2 steps!), very friendly staff, welcome drinks and even a rose for women’s day!!, gorgeous breakfast, so much attention to detail in every way, very good shampoo and shower gel (prebiotic!)
