The excellent local roads for riding motorcycles, head towards Soria or Vitoria for a blast. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. El Dorado is a great bar in Logroño.

the location and the restaurant. the restaurant was like a canteen, service was slow and other than the steak which was cooked well the rest of the food was very poor, in particular the starters. we wished we had eaten in the bar where the atmosphere seemed a bit better and the service was definitely much better

I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely friendly welcoming and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was really lovely food. The service was good and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Bilbao and we will definitely stay there again and would most definitely recommend it to other travellers . It is definitely excellent value for money. There was free parking in a safe quiet area right beside the hotel.

It’s a good place for one night stay, but not longer. The room is clean but quite old. Closed to the hotel there is a petroleum station, we had is as our room view. I would say that price is too expensive to this hotel.

There’s a nice cafe closed to the hotel. Opened till late. Room was clean.

We were greeted by a very friendly and professional woman. I wish I got her name. She spoke English and even helped me out with something I needed translated. Beds were comfy and room was clean. I read other complaints about noise but we didn't hear anything and we are light sleepers. Lots of parking

1) Lights: not all the lamps in the room was possible to switch off even if you take out the key (it should switch off all the electricity in the room, but no). The lamp on the celling, next to the air conditioner was on all night, it is not very bright, but I prefer to sleep in the darkness, not with the flickering light. 2) Air conditioner: after few minutes the air conditioner began to knock terribly, it was impossible to sleep with the air conditioner on. 3) Windows: it looks like it is an old hotel, so the windows could not be opened for ventilation when only the upper part is a bit opened. You can only really open it, but the opened window does not fix in the position, so it slam shuts in the wind. 4) Breakfast: you can get eggs, sausages and bacon only if you come right in the beginning of breakfast. We came 2 times at 9 a.m and the table with eggs was already empty and waitresses didn't bring new food, they refilled only bread and cheese .

No easy chair in bedroom or quiet space in hotel to chill and read. Beds move about when you try to read sitting up…very annoying. The restaurant only offered a set menu for dinner and it was possibly the worst food I have eaten in a restaurant or hotel…ever! The breakfast was simple but acceptable. I don’t like being critical but in 2022 this hotel is not acceptable to be on your site.

Room allotted to us was right above the filling station and huge roundabout on dual carriageway. This wasn’t a problem in itself as we were only there for one night. However, the cooling system was malfunctioning and we were unable to keep the room cool. We had to resort to opening windows which of course meant a noisy stay. When we reported this to the different reception who was on duty, she was completely indifferent and uninterested! Our main issue with this supposed hotel was its lack of service if it is promoting itself as a hotel. The restaurant didn’t open the restaurant until 8.45pm. In addition, the kitchen of the adjacent café/bar had closed so there was no hot food to order and very little food available other food that had been standing for a long time in glass shelves on counter. I realise that this is Spain and the people tend to eat later. However, it seems to me if you are catering for an international clientele, other Spanish hotels easily manage to open at 6.30pm to offer their guests the choice of when they would like to dine. I don’t know whether this is a staffing issue as there seemed a minimal amount of staff on duty considering it was a Friday evening and the hotel appeared quite full. Certainly there were lengthy waits to check in or get information at reception. Check in would be improved by having two members of staff to check in for late afternoon/early afternoon arrivals.

Checked in by extremely helpful and knowledgeable receptionist. Room was clean. Good choice of items on continental breakfast. Free car parking outside hotel. Good free internet.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was noisey. There seemed to be little sound proofing between rooms'. Breakfast was limited.

We only had one minor complaint. When we went for breakfast, the eggs and bacon were cold. The rest of the breakfast selection was excellent. We did speak with the restaurant manager, he was concerned about it and went to see what the problem was.
