Great location near the beach and also the train and bus stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful in how to navigate the bus and train systems. Lovely stay!

The rooms were exceptionally charming. I loved the modern design, the huge skylight, and the minimalist (but well appointed) features of the room. Breakfast was wonderful, location perfect, and staff delightful. It really did exceed expectations.

No natural air or window to open. Not too much space incl. hanging space if travelling with several/large suitcases. Problem with washbasin plug wasn’t solved effectively (but minor).

Very central but very quiet location - for eating out, beach, shops, public transport … Interesting compact design (better for short stays). Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff.

We were made extremely welcome when we arrived. The two members of staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with every convenience. The natural light in the room came from large roof lights with automatic shutters. The room was on ground level with easy access to the street. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants and shops. A short walk (5 / 10 mins) to the wonderful sandy beach. Great location, great town.

I arrived late but the gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) was gracious and helpful. I am walking/hiking the Camino del Norte. The gentleman gave me good information on the two options to walk to the next town I was staying in. He also gave me wonderful recommendations on places to eat. Then he carried my pack to my room and showed me how everything worked. I loved the murals and skylight. The lady (again, I wish I could remember her name) was incredibly kind and gracious the following morning. Assisting me with forwarding my pack to my next accommodation. I wish I could have stayed a little longer but I had already planned to walk. It is kind people like them who make traveling a pleasure.

Loved the family run Boutique who went out of their way to make me comfortable after a long day on the Camino. Loved the skylight to enjoy “under the Clouds” as the name means in Basque for the hotel! Bathroom so amazing!

first, our concierge, who checked us in was thorough in explaining the comfort features of our room, the services at the hotel and reviewed a map of all we may want to see in the town. the room was like a spa, comfortable and beautiful. we slept so well and woke up to lovely light.

What an amazing hidden gem located right in the heart of a fantastic town close to all of the best ponchos and restaurants, shops and one of the best beaches in Spain. Amazing helpful staff, architecture and interior design to die for and a place that I would happily book again.

Room had no windows, but architecture / layout was interesting and AC working well. Both Wifi and mobile networks were not working for the entire stay (1 week), but it seems to have been connectivity issues in the whole city so most likely not hotel's fault.

Wonderful hosts, very warm, welcoming and helpful. We received great tips about visiting the Basque Country, the country, language and also about great places to eat. Excellent restaurant / pintxos bar next door. Walking distance to the beach and near to the city centre. Nice breakfast available on demand. There was no self-parking garage, but the valet service was very prompt.
