Great hotel and we borrowed snow shoes and fat bike and after checkout they allow us to ride the fat bike. Had a city tour and returned it back. Loved the hotel.

I found it very hard to find any faults but one teeny and minor disappointment was the size of the bathroom in the treehouse - it's very small and not a lot of room to move around if you are tall - but all the other positives of the stay more than made up for it.

The treehouse accommodation was superb - luxury bedding/towels, comfy bed, well stocked minibar, comfy seating area (loved the Cuero chairs) with the most amazing uninterrupted floor to ceiling views of the forrest.....so peaceful and tranquil! I just wanted to watch the snow fall and stay awake all night to enjoy it. (see picture below from the window). Unfortunately no clear skies to see the lights on this occasion! Breakfast was fantastic with an array of local produce on offer to suit all dietary requirements. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them - I'd particularly like to call out our restaurant waiter at dinner and the Scottish chef - both so welcoming! The reception team were also so lovely - our room was ready when we arrived so got an early check-in and they also kindly facilitated a slightly later check out time to accommodate our flight - this was so appreciated - so a huge thanks to the team.

Bathroom was dark and tiny - felt the room size would have allowed for a slightly bigger bathroom. The location was handy to town and airport, but would have been more authentic in a remote area. Think it is overpriced.

Luxury accommodation with amazing staff and service. Nice touches in the accommodation eg: umbrella, fresh milk, speaker. Comfy bed with quality bedding.

Breakfast was very disappointing and staff in general (all around the hotel) quite uninterested and not attentive at all. No warm welcome, nor other (basic) hospitality - you need to hang your coat yourself. When you leave, you are lucky if your get a „goodbye, have a nice day“. Staff was too occupied with cleaning and setting new tables instead of being with the customers, asking what they want.

Lovely apartment, beautiful view towards the trees, quiet area, some lovely trails in the neighbourhood. Dinner was of great quality - also nice atmosphere with the fireplace. We enjoyed the Fatbikes that we borrowed very much!

Where do I even begin!! This was a bucket list hotel for us and it exceeded our expectations, we cannot wait to return! Hotel staff were excellent and super friendly and accommodating. Loved that they will alert you if they see any auroras. We were lucky enough to randomly wake up during the night and see the northern lights from our bedroom window. Loved the option to have valet pick and drop off from your room to the hotel/ restaurant (this was exceptionally helpful as there was lots of snow during our stay) The reindeer tour from the hotel is definitely something we enjoyed. We wanted to support the local Sami people and were so glad we went with a small traditional reindeer farm rather than the more touristy reindeer tours you can do. The restaurant was amazing! The food was great and so was the breakfast buffet. We LOVE this hotel and we will most definitely return.

Our tree house faced the main lobby building and we had garbage cans perturbing our view outside - not very private with shades open to have the view. The standard tree houses are also pretty small in size - cozy but small - especially the bathroom.

The location, layout, design, and property grounds are beautiful! We loved the coziness of our tree house and the special champagne surprise for our honeymoon. Comfortable beds, lux linens and nice bath amenities.

Sleep comfort is really not adequate to a hotel like this (around the same quality and range as a Six Senses hotel would be but comfort is nowhere near comparable). The fan of the AC that heats the room is situated right underneath the bed (exactly under your pillow) outside of the room of course. Even if let's say you're not sensitive to sounds, you feel the vibrations literally in your head as you sleep (I kept waking up as soon as I was turning sideways in my sleep). I didn't sleep for the 2 nights we stayed here, and my partner slept on his back (if you avoid sleeping on your side then you don't feel the vibration, just hear the noise). Ergonomically, I didn't understand how a hotel with such a focus on details and decor and practicality has missed this very important problem. One small odd thing that got my attention, we were never asked at reception how our stay went :)

Reception staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet is really good, great local products variety. The location is very central, even in -10 degrees we walked to the Santa Claus Village and it's literally 7-8 mins to the airport. The decor in the room is exactly like in the pictures, very cosy, very pretty, we loved the dim lightning, there aren't like big flashlights in your face. The valet service is also incredible, very practical but also very kind and respectful staff. I also need to add that the communication beforehand was amazing, they helped with all our queries, they sent regular messages and we knew exactly what we were going coming into.
