We knew the room was small, the bed is tiny for two average-size adults, one-two nights may be doable but not more than that. The price of the room was quite high for what you get.

Great breakfast with abundance of both sweet and salty options, nice position and welcoming staff, clean rooms. Would stay again.

The location, very close to the bus station. the breakfast was very good also. I was traveling for a conference, and having a desk in the room was very convenient.

Not enough bath linens (towels, washcloths, mat or rug, etc.). TV controls were ineffective. A very low-key bathroom night lamp in a hotel bathroom is a very helpful consideration. Sauna should be free.

Could be good to have better instructions to reach the gym, how to enter, and their working hours. The first time is not easy to find it and enter. some other days the key didint work and I couldn't enter (at 530am). A mini map would be good with instruction in how to go. All other was very good

This part of central Turku is exceptionally ugly 1960s slabs; the cathedral district, 5 mins walk away, is attractive, but otherwise Turku is nothing to write home about ( at least whilst the main square continues to be a massive building site).

Unprepossessing 1960s exterior, but very comfortable and discreetly stylish within. Excellent breakfast, available very early for those heading off the the port (no 1 bus, allow 25 mins) for the wonderful daytime ferry to Stockholm

Parking could have been cheaper or free

for the cost the rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained, the breakfast choice was phenomenal and the location excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly and always helpful if you needed something. Overall punched well above it's weight.

The room was very small. The view from the window was on the parking garage.

The hotel is located in the center of Turku, in proximity to all the main attractions, restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options.

Parking garage is too small. It was already full at arrival at 18:40. Bathroom size is like the ones on cruiseliners, but it was way better quality.

This time it was very quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and modern - quality stuff apart from size. Location is excellent.

We have had breakfast, some of the plates, mugs, spoons and forks still have some dirt in them. We can still see the coffee or tea left on the mugs.

My partner is vegan and the breakfast was admittedly a little bit lacking on that end. While they had oat milk, bread, cereal, different jams and fruit, there weren't any vegan alternatives to the more substantial options. There were still plenty of things to eat, just always room for improvement.

The room was very spacious compared to what I've usually seen in such central locations, plus it was clean and nicely decorated with a good modern TV. The breakfast was great with loads of different options, including fish and some traditional finnish foods.

The room was small. The door was not sealed properly so the noise could be heard from the outside of the room.

Breakfast was really satisfying, room was clean and tidy. Service personal was okay. Nice parking in the alley. The elevator for the entrance with the big package.
