I never usually give reviews oh hotels but this one was simply amazing. Luxurious room at exceptionally reasonable rate. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to please visitors. Varied and well prepared breakfast. Perfect location - just a fifteen minute walk from the main train station. Definitely be staying here again when I return to this beautiful city.

The breakfast dinner was not big enough.

This hotel is superb. From the moment you enter you are greeted by the most friendly helpful staff, who can’t do enough to help you with the hotel and local facilities. Our first thoughts when we got to the hotel was that it might be noisy as it is right next to the highway, but the windows (which are floor to ceiling) have 2 sets of double glazing. It was super quiet in the room, the windows do not open, but there is a good Air Con system. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities you would expect from a top hotel, fridge, desk and chair, large TV, good size wardrobe, and a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, really wide selection for every taste.

It was too hot in the room. Thermostat was set on 18.5c but it was more like 25 in the room. No sauna that I could notice.

Great that we could access the concert house without going outside in the winter wheater.

Situated comfortably near the railway station, it's also easy to have a nice walk in the park nearby. You can enjoy tea or coffee in your room. Lovely view from the window, but I'm taking a higher floor next time. Good breakfast, vegetarians will easily find something suitable. Pity that the porridge was made with milk ...or maybe I've simply misread the allergen - sign. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Insufficient capacity in the breakfast area, so we had to wait for a free table. But the staff was excellent, and their efficiency minimized the issue.

The location was excellent: close to Tampere university, opera hall, and the center of the city in a walking distance. Breakfast was great.

It is a tall hotel and we were staying on the 9th floor . You could think that the view would be nice, but it isn't particularly, if your room is facing towards the railway station and the Tullintori area.

It's a new hotel, and everything is clean and working, albeit it being a tad unoriginal and lacking any specific character. The bed was huge an very nice. Some could say that thd mattress was too had, but I enjoy a good stridy bed.

small point but at breakfast, there is only one line at the buffet and coffee machine which easily gets full so that it requires to stand in line until you finally get coffee etc. - a redesign with a little more space could help

Service by the receptionist was excellent and unusually positive experience. She was probably the best service person ever from any hotel I have visited in my career. She made us smile with her authentic personality. Not to forget how she helped us to find a restaurant to get late dinner though kitchen were already closing.

It is a new hotel, close both to the railway station and the University main building. As many big hotel, quite anonymous.

Not many things to do inside the hotel. Some hotels have play area like foosball, swimming pool etc.
