The employees are very kind, helpful and friendly. Especially Lots of love to Anita at the reception. Emma s reindeers farm is also located in the facility. You can pet, feed and take a tour with reindeers. Also emma can tell lots of details about Sami lifesyle and tradition. Husky tour was amazing. On the other hand, If you rent a car you can drive to nordkapp for 3 hours. Or santa clausvillage in roveniemi drive for 3 hours from the giellajohka. We catched up the Aurora borealis almost allnight during our stay. Just you need in here is clear sky to see northern lights. We treasured up great memories here. I hope we will meet again in future. Guys you are amazing. Facility is cozy. Note: Ski and snow shoeing equipment we used freely.

The only thing we thought could be better was the consistency of hot water during shower, but nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves throughly during our 3nights stay.

The location was really easy to find, with clear signages, and the bus stop is right in front of the property! Check in was a breeze and it was easy to get around. The house was warm even though it was sub-zero outside. Kitchen was well furnished and comfy bed. The big glass windows was what we loved best. You can just sit by it to check if there's auora, and the auora alerts were really prompt!

Everything was perfect.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Location is gorgeous. Hosts are available and nice. The bedroom was clean and perfectly comfortable with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen and living area with a fireplace (which was really nice to meet other guests). Absolutely loved the sauna and cold plunge in the frozen lake, as well as the hut with a fire to warm up while looking at the northern lights. The food at the restaurant was good and the activities offered were great. Bonus point for the free snow shoes and cross country skies, as well as the reindeers. Would recommend 100%.

Nothing to dislike, really. A few little upgrades to the cabin, like a slighly wider bathroom counter to put all of your stuff and maybe a small coffee table in front of the couch to rest your feet. We improvised one and made do with it, so definitely not necessary but would be a nice addition ◡̈

The accommodation was amazing. We were staying in one of the three lakeside cabins and they were great. The cabin itself was as beautiful on the inside as on the outside. It was very cozy with the fireplace and the large windows. You have a lot of privacy and still have amazing views over the (frozen) lake. It came with a fully equipped kitchen (👍🏼) and a very comfortable bathroom. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Small but nice detail was the visualized manual (with pictures!) they left on the table which included all the instructions on how to use i.e. the fireplace, sauna etc. Makes it easy to do things yourself without having to constantly ask for help ◡̈ Unfortunately it was cloudy during our 3-day stay, but the owners were very helpful in making sure we got to see the Auroras. They arranged a last minute tour for us and because of that we got to see them!! And on my birthday as well so that was very big plus.

The 3 Cats! 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 🐈‍⬛ It was my very first time solo travelling & the Staffs were very nice & helpful. I tried to book a husky safari but it was fully booked & they helped me find an alternative options so i can do the husky safari in Inari instead. I only have 3 nights so my schedule were really cramped. I still manage to do the things i wanted to do. Whatapp group for Aurora borealis sightings within the property. you dont need to book an aurora hunting trip because it is directly outside of your window if the weather allows it. the food choices are great! I really liked the Fish soup & Reindeer sautéed! Reindeer farm within the property.

Everything was fantastic.

The host, Emma, warmly welcomed us after a long journey. She shared very useful information while showing great sensitivity towards animals and the environment. We especially enjoyed common areas, the comfortable beds and the delicious reindeer sandwiches! We cannot believe we paid so little for such high standards. Absolutely recommended for all types of travellers, from couples to families or groups of friends.

the handle of the heater is loose, but that did not irritate us

Our Cabin was clean, cosy and included a heater. We had sight on the frozen river from the cabin. We could see the Aurora from our bed the whole night long. Lot's of nice walks to do in the area. We could borrow country-cross ski's and snowshoes for free. We als did the snowmobile tour. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

The room was a bit small, so was our bed so we slept a little bad but it's the only thing to say about what didn't we didn't at this place!

The staff was incredibly kind, we spent Christmas' Eve dining all together with a great buffet (they put some vegetarian ham, which I liked a lot, since I'm vegetarian), the Reindeer slide was really cool as well we also fed the reindeers that was nice

There wasn't nothing to dislike. Our stay was just perfect and we had a great time there.

This was an amazing stay for my group. Our hosts were very kind and friendly. We had 2 very good breakfasts as well. There is a very friendly group of people running the whole place. Rooms were clean, warm, kitchen was well equipped and we also had the opportunity to rent winter gear which is necessary in Lapland. We also rented snowshoes and forest skies and people from this place gave us some tips where to go and what to see. Absolutely fabulous experience is when you go to sauna and dip in the hole in the frozen river - that was something else. Definitely coming back in future.

Super nice place directly at the main road. Very easy accessible. The restaurant / reception is really nice and has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious! The staff is super friendly. We had a 3 bed bedroom and it was spacious, very clean and also the bathroom was huge. We were allowed to use the living room and kitchen in the same building which was perfect. Everything looks very new, tidy and neat. Everything is very clean and cosy. On the other side of the road is a small path that goes from the parking place into the woods - this was perfect to walk with my dog.

Anita, her family and staff are wonderful people . We stayed 6 nights, watching the starry sky and then northern lights from just where you lay was splendid. We saw the northern lights more or less almost every night. Food, the room, nature... everthing was pretty good. We had no problems.
