The internet is sooo slow i wish it could be improved.

Location although it is very close to the colosseum but the area is situated in a quiet neighborhood which we loved the most. A cleaning staff is always present to clean the room. Lastly, the room is very spacious for the three of us.

Clean and tidy accommodation located a five minute walk from the Colosseum and Palatine Hill as well as plenty of places to eat and local shops. Francesco was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and helpful. If this is your first visit to Rome his help will be and was much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was amazing. The room was big and clean. bed sheets and pillows very comfy. Special thanks to Marco and Franceso were the best,they were always ready to answer and help us with directions ,locations, and places to visit. Will be back again.

The overall stay was incredible, location wise it’s a 5 min walk to the colosseum in one direction and a 5/10 min walk the other direction to the closest metro. Bed was so comfy, nice and quiet location.

Just because it’s an old building ( which is normal) you can hear the water pipes.

Very nice welcome from the host, very easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp. He was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The place was very clean and comfortable. Very well located.

Our host was very helpful and friendly. He spoke excellent English. The location is good. Close to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill/Forum and a metro or bus ride to the Vatican (or you could walk if energetic). Good choice of restaurants nearby and some small food shops. The area felt safe. The room is fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. It has a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower. It suited us well as we were out most of the time enjoying Rome and the lovely weather so what we needed and what we got was a comfortable place to shower and sleep.

We had problems with the key of the main gate, it was hard to open. We had no breakfast so we bought some food in a nearby store, but the room didn't have cutlery, so making our sandwiches was almost impossible.

The owner was friendly and helpful. We could check in in the morning, so we didn't have to carry our packages or run to our afternoon program. It has a good location from where you can walk to the center or get to the Metro.

The room was a bit noisy, you can hear the movement inside the hotel, like cleaning or when someone from the staff arrived.

We really liked the apartment. Only suggestion I have is to provide a variety of pillows, the ones provided were not great for me, although my wife had no issue with it :)

Nothing to say, everything was really great. The building has some good years of age (as almost everything in Rome) but all details were taken care in the apartment. The elevator is quite pitoresque, but very useful and handy, no to worry about using it!

The apartment was placed in a great location (near most of the historical attractions), very clean and handy. Bars, restaurants and mini markets nearby but still in a quiet place. Francesco was a great host, very kind and responsive.

The only cons we found was a low water pressure in the shower and sewage smell. But we fully understand this is an issue of the older building and they cant really fix it.

Location of this apartment was simply brilliant, you can see Colosseum just by the end of the street, not to mention close metro station and buss stops. The room was very specious and cleaned every day. The stuff was amazing as well. It really worth the money comparing all aspects. They were so nice to leave our luggage after the check out as we had later flight back home.

terrible sound isolation, plumbing system in the walls is very very loud, thin walls so neighbours are heard very clearly

perfect location, near most important spots of Rome, good restaurants and cafes, metro and train/bus stations are also nearby. Host, Francesco, is very kind and helpful!
