I didn’t like the fact that after the reservation I received the indication and further explanation about the room and it was told us that no cleaning would have been done during the stay. If I book an hotel I expect the daily cleaning service, if there isn’t it should be stated before I book the room.

I liked the size of the room and the bedrooms. The bathroom was a killer but old, but the sauna was nice. The staff was reallly nice and friendly.

I would have appreciated if the room had been cleaned during my stay and provided towels daily.

The presence of a sauna in the room was an added bonus. All amenities were available and the kitchenette had all the necessary items.

Breakfast was in a cafe down the road (even though there was a breakfast room on site) and was rather disappointing - not much choice and long queues for the buffet when the cafe opened

The baggage storage could be better signposted and perhaps in a more secure part of the building.

The decor was great, it had a good homely feel. The sauna attached to the bathroom was great, and the instructions for it were easy to use. The hotel was well located - a very short walk to the centre and a nearby 24 hour supermarket.

Do not expect a hotel. These are rather serviced studios. Any service (e.g cleaning, towel replenishment, etc) needs to be booked separately at a cost. There is no real reception. But it is clean, very centrally located The view is just on other apartment blocks. Breakfast at Koti is excellent price/quality.

If you want to be in the heart of Rovaniemi, this building is exactly there. Close to the shops, restaurants, tourist agencies, etc when it’s cold that is important… no breakfast at the hotel itself but hostel Koti just across the street offers a basic but excellent price/quality breakfast that you can book via the hotel.

WiFI not working great, signal frequently dropping

Comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated apartment with cooking facilities. Sauna nice addition. Very comfortable beds. Very clean overall. Good location.

Central heating was a bit low and often felt like the suite was a tad too cold, especially in below freezing temperatures outside.

The sauna was incredible - so nice having that en-suite. Spacious sleeping space, great location, amazing staff and good wholesome breakfast.

Off-site Breakfast closing at 1000. Tough to rise after night after night of Aurora Hunting (3 times= unsuccessful) Would have liked to see a dish towel, or at least a roll of paper towel in the room to dry the dishes.

Breakfast was served at a different location near the accomodation (Cafe Koti). Normally this wouldn't be much of an issue, but a 2 minute morning walk in -20C is not pleasant. Bathroom lacked soap, lightbulbs were very underpowered.

Towels not changed in 4days. No one cleaned the rooms or changed the bins. No door on the bedroom.

The beds were not comfortable-really tough and thin mattresses. We didn't get the SMS with the door codes and thankfully we could get in with other guests.

It is a lovely, clean, small apartment good enough for one night—a very central place and friendly receptionist.

Only criticism of the room was that the kitchen could be better stocked. Didn't have a baking tray for the oven for example and very few plates. Would of been great if the bar/restaurant downstairs was open.

Great location right in the centre of Rovaniemi. Room was lovely, warm and clean and the sauna was great!

The WiFi was not working almost at any point of the hotel. The hotel was a bit old and at some points you could see that. In the room it was a bit cold sometimes. Overall, I believe it was a bit overpriced.

In the city centre and great for restaurants and local bus routes. Has a private sauna and enough room for a family of 4.
