Simple guesthouse close to train station. Not much around, short stroll to supermarket and pizzeria, and 6 mins walk to Rovaniemi bus stop. breakfast provided which was a nice touch, good value for money. clean and modern interior.

The difference between a hotel and a guest house is cordial and personal hospitality. Sofia helped us in every way and we felt at home. The breakfast is satisfying and more, and the location 7-8 minutes walk from the city center saved us expensive taxis. We were sorry to leave

Quick check-in, the guest house is close to the railway station and a few supermarkets, and the shopping mall and main city center around 15 minutes walk you can also get the no 8 bus to Santa village close by. The airport bus stop is around 15 minutes walk. The guest house has a shared kitchen.

Perfect location. Bus stop (railway station) to Santa Claus village and long-distance routes is 200 meters. City center is a 20 minutes walk away. Kitchen is full of everything is needed.

Staff are very friendly, upon arrival they guide us on the location and provide us the map. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommended. If come back to rovaniemi, i will stay here again.

Rooms are pretty basic but have everything you need. Super close to the train station. Very nice breakfast provided. Very friendly staff (bit of a language barrier), helped me out by letting me stow my luggage for several hours before checking in

The location is near in the railway station. Its is good if you are coming late in rovaniemi you can just walk. The host is friendly. We arrived at 8:30pm and host give us instructions and it was easy. Its also near in the supermarket and bus station. Great location.

Guesthouse Borealis is in a very quite location which is few minutes walking distance to the railway station. You can start the day with a good breakfast and good quality wifi connection. if you are interested to see the Northern Lights, the Guesthouse is one of the pick-up points for most of the tours.

The walls and windows were very thin! Good for me: The road Asemieskatu has no big traffic during the night! And the guest were very quite the night I spent there so I didn't need the ear plugs.

Very friendly guys working here. It's just a very short walk from both Train and Bus station (less than 5 minutes). The building is a bit older and so the rooms are old-fashioned as well. But in a good quality! The breakfast was okay. Three different marmelades, different cheese, of course karjalanpiirakka (typical Finnish food) bread, eggs and so on. But for 8 Euro in Finland ok ;-)

I asked for help to find a taxi to the airport and was set up with a taxi that charged 34 euros for 11 min ride

Hallways were creaky.

We were able to walk to the grocery stores. Nice kitchen facilities, and other services available. Clean, able to ventilate with screens so no worries about mosquitoes.
