We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

India1. No dressing table/mirror in the room. 2. Replenishment of shaving kit, dental kit, tea bags only after repeated request. 3. No face towel/tissue provided in the room. 4. Room vacation timing of 08:00AM is too early. 5. Staff service was not prompt.
Private beach was the best part. Though quite far but having such a peaceful beach in Puri was a good experience. It could have been better had the property would have set up some kiosk to serve at least packaged foods and beverages there.

IndiaThe location was not good, very far from Puri, although in website it's mentioned situated in Puri. Also they don't have a private beach as advertised, it's a government beach which closes by 5pm and is not at walkable distance, although the hotel will arrange transportation to and from the beach.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Indiaproperty revamp is required majorly. The availability of affordable and decent transportation from the travel desk should be looked into as the autos outside are just sitting to fleece you. We went there during off-season and yet the auto fare was around Rs 800-1000 for just going to Puri which is 8-9 kms. I am not sure why such exorbitant rates when the auto guys are very much okay to just sleep and not travel. Alternatively we learnt our lesson to have a self drive car to avoid such instances which ruin your experience at such a beautiful place.
the hotel room was spacious however it looked like a very old property and bad maintenance . We had kids in the room so booked a spacious room. The private beach is good

IndiaThe front desk people need some major training in dealing with guests for sure. There is lack of supervision by management in overall stay of the tourist. Cleanliness was below expectation. Must mention Mr Ganguli, a senior manager did his best to make our experience better. He upgraded our rooms for better ones. His congeniality was great.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. No complains about food. The staff too were good. Loved the serenity and quiet. The property does need major overhauling. Because the design is very good.

IndiaThe ambiance , room structure, bed size, bathroom, flooring etc are not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. It is a old hotel but they should renovate it according to the modern style. When u enter here, it a simple old structure nothing new and refreshing. In my stay there, I personally think, Toshali sands requires a full renovation.

United StatesNot at all values for money. They claim to be 4 star but the property or the staff are worthy of it at all. The bathrooms were not at all up-to the standard. We found a cockroach roaming. Half of the doors were not locking. When we arrived the TV was not working, the intercom was not working. The water boiler was not working. There was a flask with foul tea in it.
The support staff was good who changed the sheets or the towels. Apart from that everything was in shambles.

IndiaThey gave extremely dirty and inferior room even when booking was done for executive suite with advance payment (they later admitted their mistake and moved us to the room that’s advertised on booking.com). Their concierge is pathetic, unprofessional too (Sandhya). The pickup-drop from private beach was imprompt.
Some of the staff was polite and approachable. The greenery both within and outside the facility is good. Private beach is good.

IndiaThe staff quality at reception was very poor.They didn't gave a first hand information of the facilities available and all was left at your disposal to find and use.My room intercom remained out of order during my stay inspite of my repeated complaints.The standard room as displayed on various Apps for three adults are in very bad condition and can't accommodate more than two pax.I would advise everyone to not book this room as it is in bad condition.The beds were very old and in terrible condition.
