Only the bathroom was a little too small with almost no space between the toilet and the sink. And the sauna unfortunately was in maintenance.

The only small minus was that the cleaning could be done a bit better, referring to the bathroom corners.

The hotel upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise. Also, there were cure welcoming gifts, and overall style of the room and the hotel. Moreover, the sauna facilities were incredible - very well organized, clean and working hours convenient and both in the morning and in the afternoon. Breakfast was good with both local specialties and more usual dishes.

There are two connections to the internet. Both have one bar max (out of 5), and a max of 15 mb/s down, when it's working. Often it times out, and reminds me up of the old dial up days. I mentioned it twice to the staff, and got a blank. It's a structural issue with their router/and or work load. It wasn't a reboot issue. Constant for over 2 days. It's almost functionally useless, so avoid if you need it to work. Albanian hostels etc were faster.

Great helpful staff. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the main stations and attractions. Quiet (solid walls, comfy bed, and room with everything you need, including towels, shampoo, bed cover, and air con if you need it. Exceptional breakfast. As many choices I've ever seen anywhere; from local foods to fruit, cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, porridge, and a whole lot more. Caveat: Abysmal internet so avoid if you need it to work.

It should be made clear that parking on site must be booked in advance - we didn't know, and there was no space for our car.

Location : Just 5-10 mins walk from station (depends where you exit) but it’s actually close. Facility : it has a bidet (I think mostly in Finland they do hv a bidet), cooling system (not really aircon but super helpful), they can give us ice cube in waterbottle (very helpful again for summer)

There was nothing I didn't like.

My favorite parts about the stay were the room interior with staples of Finnish design, the toiletries by Sees (which smelled divine), the free zero beer as a welcome gift, the stunning selection of dishes and Finnish specialties for breakfast, and the wonderful location that made it easy to walk everywhere.

Great hotel with an interesting interior aesthetic showcasing some iconic Finnish designs. I appreciated the buffet breakfast, the sauna, the friendly staff, and the great location of the hotel. The room was quiet with enough space to move around.

Although the shower space was big, the toilet and sink were quite close to each other and although it was manageable it wasn’t ideal.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable! The location was perfect and walkable to major sights. The breakfast was great and staff were helpful and friendly.

I found the chair in the room very uncomfortable, there is nothing else I did not like.

The staff were lovely and patient. I have anxiety and need a lot of information to feel comfortable somewhere new, and the person at reception was happy to explain things in detail to me. The room was a decent size for a single room, it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The decor both in the room and through the hotel was 10/10. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot and cold foods, and including gluten free options too The location is great too, easy to get to from the train station.

There could be better gluten free options at breakfast! There were muffins and some biscuits but these were not great to be honest - I was hoping for something bit more fresh. I was so jealous my husband had some yummy blueberry pie and pancakes! Also was missing some hair conditioner and body lotion in the room. Not end of the world as there was a good supermarket around the corner.

Room was big and very clean! The bed was comfortable and we had the best night sleep. Location is great and overall great value for your money. Staff were very helpful and lovely. We would definitely stay again!
