All is quite well and value for the price

Near the airport, bus station & train station. The heater works really well. It wasn’t cold at night at all. The room is quite spacious, clean, and great for transit. There’s body lotion too. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

It was great that there was an early breakfast buffet (limited) starting from 0300. However, nothing was that fresh really so maybe a sandwhich to go would have been better

Checkin took a long time. Had to wait a long to be served despite there being four staff at reception. One was on the phone for the entire time close to 30 minutes. One was being guided by another, perhaps a trainee who served us. We had booked 2 rooms but they were not recognised as being a joint booking This could be the fault of the third party we booked with. ( booking .com). Original our rooms we on two different floors. The staff were kind enough to change one so that we could be. However this took a long time.

No luggage assistance which is quite awful for an airport hotel. Bathroom is not kid friendly, probably even hazardous as it can be very slippery.

Great breakfast selection, staff in restaurant very accomodating to warming up baby formula. Nice play area for small kids, could be better though.

Room had everything that we needed. There was a place to sit, rest, a place to plug devices, everything organized in very smart way. Bathroom was really nice also.

Big bed. There are a sauna, a shower and a tub in the bathroom. Kids sleep very well in the soffa bed when they stay in hotel. Staffs are nice. We will come back next time if we need to stay in the airport overnight.

All staff were extremely professional , from reception to restaurant and bar, Great service and really good food. The breakfast has plenty of choice and is superb quality. location to the terminal could not be better. Clean, quiet good sized rooms.

The walk from the airport in the winter (bitterly cold) was longer than anticipated. Would be hard for an elderly person as it’s entirely outside.

The pavement from the parking carage is covered by cumbblestones. It is difficult to walk and draw the suitcase there. What is the idea of it, in winter it can be slippery and dangerous.

Not sure how much the hotel would be able to influence this but it would be nice if the walkway between the terminal and the hotel was actually cleared of snow instead of just covered with gravel. Dragging a heavy suitcase through slushy, gravelly snow was not easy.

This is the perfect location if you are just passing through, arrive late or if you have an early flight. Only a five minute walk from the terminal. Really good breakfast and has the option for those with early flights of simplfied early breakfast. Good hotel gym with rower, bike, elliptical, several treadmills, and weights open 24 hours.

We had a room with a sauna which was nice and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the airport was very good (5 mins walk). The early breakfast for early flights unexpectedly impressive wide a wide variety on offer
