The temperature in the room was too high for comfort. The air conditioning could have been better. Unable to open window for fresh air.

Awfully crowded breakfast. Very noisy air-conditioning in the room (earplugs needed). Very simple room, hard pillows. Absolutely not value for the ~190 €/night price what we paid for the room.

Hotel has a very good location. Right next to Railway station (2min by walk from train platforms) and downtown of the city. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

A/C made the room freezing cold & the temperature control button didn't help at all, even though we chose the warmest option on it.

The first room had a strong musty smell, but we were promptly given another that didn't have the same problem. Nicely quiet. Sauna was good, as was breakfast and the location of course very convenient.

Well, not hotels "fault" but it was totally booked which lead to queuing in everything. Because of that the breakfast was divided in sections.

I think for many English visitors, the food could have been hotter, but perhaps that is how we like our food and our plates.

The room overlooked the station and the town centre, there was no noise from the station or traffic due to excellent sound proofing. The reception was very welcoming and the staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choice. This is a good hotel with easy access to the main parts of town, ie shops and places of interest.

- Our room faced what appeared to be an office building with some people facing us from the opposite windows at the same level. Don't forget to make use of your curtains when changing clothes! - Parking hall (managed by another company) was somewhat cramped, with lots of pillars.

Public area, hotels hallways and reception area is not that big and the room was pretty small, but I think that it was in line with the room price.

The location was excellent. The hotel is right next to the train station and you can walk everywhere. There was also a nice public sauna, which was nice. The hotel breakfast was good and there is a big dining area. Also the receptionist was really friendly and she didn't mind switching our room when we checked in.

Elevators were small and it was hard to get anywhere if there was many others same time getting up or down. it was opening every floor if there was some order even if the elevator were full.

Good location. Easy access to anywhere in city center or nearby with local public transportation. Many restaurants in 1km. Room was quiet and peaceful even that hotel were quite full booked. Breakfast was scheduled and there was guiding to tables. Early arriving was no problem and that was really helpful for me.

breakfast was arranged in shifts and 2 elevators did not manage the traffic. 2 elevators are not enough for a 8 floor hotel

Bed was far too firm for my somewhat delicate back. Room was a bit too small too, especially for four.

Very handy if arriving by train (entrance on the platform!!) and town centre. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, fresh fruit, pannukakku, hot options, cold smorgasbord and the usual cereals, breads, pullat, porridge etc. Staff were very helpful when I forgot my key (twice) and when we needed to store luggage
