We felt it was a bit on the expensive side. we paid 145Euros for one night. in the bathroom, water after a shower reaches the toilet even if the curtain is used. a Mop has been provided, but it is best if water does not reach, The Shower head needs some maintenance and de-blocking. we did not have to book a large room with Kitchen. If the beds were together, we could have slept in it with our 7 year old without trouble.

Kaj was very helpful. We booked the family room. The room had 2 single beds , a TV, Kitchen (small fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker...) and a sofa cum bed and a clean bathroom. We have taken the breakfast at extra pay option while booking. Kaj and his wife put up a good spread of breads, porridge, and cheese.. they also ensured that our needs were accommodated. The place is vintage place and we liked the hotel. It can be better publicized and price adjusted

one or two things could be added to the kitchen (like a watercooker) but the basics were there (pot, pan, coffee machine toaster...); We had no control over the room temperature (but this seems to be a finnish thing)

Noise from the street in the night and breakfast was very average. Waited for ca. 15 min for fried eggs and they were still undercoocked... :(

The place is very near to city centre, room was very clean and nice, parking has lots of space.

I had a room on the 0 floor. Was very uncomfortable to see people on the street through windows. There is a kitchen corner in the room but there is no tea or salt or anything so it's kinda useless. Windows are old and all the noise from the street is heard in the room.

Good location quite near to the city center. Some nice parks, bars and restaurants nearby as well. Clean room, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen for basic cooking needs. Staff was great and one morning they even offered to put up some breakfast for us when we were late from breakfast hours. We appreciated that very much!

It was a corner room, so the noise of the car was louder than I expected.

When I went to leave my luggage before check-in time, they let me check in early. They kindly kept my luggage on checked-out day. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

When I arrived at late evening and there was no one on reception and after checking my e-mail I was afraid I will not have where to sleep. I would expect hotel stuff to call and clear things out instead of mailing me when I was already traveling.

The hotel is a bit "worn" for lack of a better word, but there have clearly been efforts to upgrade bathrooms etc. The windows ar impossible to open so whether rit's hot or cold, you are stuck with whatever the current temperature is.

The hotel has a kitchen in most rooms, which are quite spacious and a nearby supermarket makes this a great stay for backpackers or someone who wants to cook for themselves and all around stay self-sufficient.

Our only complaint is that there was this is intermittent creaking/squeaking noise (like a rusty hinge or worn spring) from somewhere all through the days and nights, that did somewhat disturb our sleep - particularly my partner who is quite a light sleeper.

Room was nice and clean; excellent pillows and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty, if a little narrower in scope than in many bigger hotels. Our very late check-in was accommodated without any trouble, which we do appreciate, as well as the great location: out of the way enough to be affordable but within easy walking distance of the city centre.
