Balcony was a little dirty.

Restaurant food, although expensive, was very tasty. I am surprised there is tasty food in Finland. For example, all food in helsinki taste bad, but this hotel restaurant had flavorful food made with quality. Spa was perfect. Very appeasing to eyes and able to go out into lake for a cold dip. 4 different sauna.

Strong chloride smell even in reception.Normally public Spas are using so called sealed chlor without smell and spreading in the air for long time. Breakfast could have fresher bakery and may be some more varieties as the price for one person use room was higher than 160 eur in province area

Lots of spiders and spiderwebs in the balcony. Our room was slightly dirty. Some error with our room cards and room service just entered our room unannounced. 😅

Breakfast was not good (the overall quality, and not fresh). No bacon or herbal tee selection. And the orange juice was just awful. For the price we paid we expected more.

Room view to the lake was lovely and beds also pretty comfortable. Spa was also very pleasant but only with limited opening hours.

The restaurant has an amazing view and provides great food for a reasonable price with a friendly service. The Spa includes two Whirlpools (with a nice view!), at least 4 different Saunas, a (small) indoor swimming pool and direct access to the river. The room was clean and comfortable with decent and functional (but not overly fashionable) facilities. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel if you want to spend some restful days in a nice spa with good food for a reasonable price!

Most of the spa and sauna rooms are not activated in the morning (around 8:00 - 10:30) which is a little bit unreasonable considering the spa access is included in the room fee. The bathroom should be cleaner in my opinion.

The sauna options are diverse, the view from the room is great and the staffs are really friendly. Breakfast was not exceptional but satisfying. The hotel is located 1km away from Heinola center, so it's very convenient if you just want to enjoy lunch/dinner elsewhere other than the hotel's restaurant.

The bathroom in the room was very old and they had to put a kit for each room with soaps, shampoo, etc. The terrace was very dirty with spiders.

Very old style of room and facilities Table cover is dirty during breakfast. Wifi has very poor signal in public area.

Everything! The staff was very professional. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was very delicious. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious closet. The spa was absolutely relaxing.

Staff seemed a little off-handish. The level of staffing seemed very small for such a large hotel. We have stayed at the hotel, before the pandemic and the premises gave the impression of being tired and under-invested.

The facilities start to be pretty much used. Especially the balconies need renovation, also shower in the room.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was not one double bed, but two twin beds that were pushed together. The spa is small for the hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly. The view from the window is beautiful. In addition, we enjoyed the breakfast.

Promo pics of spa are way better than it actually is, everything is out-dated. Our hotelroom was straight from the year I borned - 85’ :D Maybe I would give the place second chance in summertime. but €185 for the night seemed bit steep. I had familyroom 2adults+ 2 kids in Tallinn Tallink Spa with spa and breakfast for €60.

The place where the hotel is built is fantastic. In the summertime it would be perfect. Now in the end of october when there’s only one color in nature, grey, Your mood can be bit down also. Everything looked old, but in a way it was cool because everything was clean and furniture etc. was in very good condition.
