The room (2 bed loft room) was perfect, everything we needed after long days out in the cold -sauna, drying cupboard for clothes, warm and cosy. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Loved the location, very central.

The room was quite dirty with a lot of dust over the bed's headboard, someone else's hair on the sheets, terrible soundproof, and a long journey inside the hotel to get to the room with a lot of doors and corridors... The shower's ventilation hole had at least 2-3cm of accumulated dust in it.

Location is excellent, close to the city center and everything else in the City.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the hotel. It has a great location, the room (even is a bit outdated) it was very clean, comfortable and warm.

We rented a standard twin room in a 4 star hotel, in exchange we received a room in an annex building some 300 m away. The entrance of this building looked nothing like a 4 star hotel, more like a beat-up student dorm. The room has very old furniture with lots of dents and exfoliated in parts (photos attached), horrible linoleum floor. I went to the reception to change the room and the receptionst just told me she is sorry, but there are no rooms in the main building and that this is the type of room I rented. I also told them at check out that it was a horrible experience and they just said: oh, you stayed in the other building, sorry. They don't deserve their rating, I don't know how the rooms in the main building look like, but based in the annex 2 stars is more than enough.

It is a big hotel so it might take you some walking time to get to your room.

My stay at Hotel Hullu Poro in the heart of Levi was truly delightful. The hotel's charming aesthetics added to its appeal, and the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. Its proximity to ski slopes, restaurants, and shops made it incredibly convenient for exploration. Additionally, the nearby parking and the amazing breakfast further enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Hotel Hullu Poro for a wonderful stay in Levi.

Beer cans were strewn in the sauna area, and it seemed that many people had moved the party there. Made it less pleasant to be there.

Nice hotel, but it is spoiled by too many drunk tourists.

Room was not well cleaned when we arrived. You could see the dust on the desk, there were crumbs on the stairs and even the leaflets on the table were stained and sticky. We stayed at the annex in room 267. The building was incredibly badly built, we could hear our neighbours talk in their room. The balcony doors were not insulated so they made a slamming sound every time the neighbours went out for a cigarette and also every time they smoked on their balcony it smelled like cigarettes in our room.

My room was in a separate building, so I had to put on all my clothes to get to breakfast, sauna or restaurant. Breakfast was ok with variety, but was missing croissants and the coffee was bland.

Very helpful staff, walking distance to everything. Big and comfortable room with a sauna. We didn't use the balcony as it was February but it looked inviting. We definitely would stay here again.

We stayed in a room which was a few minutes walk to the main hotel. It was old and dark and cold the first night as if no one had been in a while but warmed up after that.

This is a very touristy hotel full of tour operators and big groups. Lots of noise and chaos. Breakfast is poor. Rooms are very noisy. Rooms are not nicely decorated and outdated.

Its close to the center in a great location with free parking and the decoration inside and out was beautiful makes you feel the christmas spirit. Also the jacuzzi, the sauna and the 4 degrees pool was great.
