The bathroom door in the room was glass and didn’t close properly, so it wasn’t very private.

Lapland hotel is a good change from your typical Radisson/Scandic/etc. Room was comfy and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Weather during our visit was really hot and the room heated during the day. There was no air-conditioning, so especially during the night the heat was a bit disturbing. The parking payment was relatively high (21 €/night).

The room was clean, spacious enough and beautifully decorated. Our wish about the room location had been taken into account by the staff. Even the hotel was fully booked, we didn't hear any noise from other rooms, corridors or from outside. The location of the hotel is great right next to city center. Breakfast was really good and better than in most hotels: everything was fresh and variety of dishes was wide. Especially the porridge was worth tasting! The staff was very friendly and service-minded. Parking garage in connection with the hotel was convenient. It would have been possible to reserve a sauna slot from the reception, but unfortunately all the slots were already booked. We'd visit again!

Our room was a bit dirty when we arrived. Shower room was still wet and there were someones' hairs on the floor. Seemed like no one cleaned shower room beforr we arrived.

Location of the hotel was near everything you need if you are visiting Tampere for the first time. It was easy to find a hotel. It took only about 10 minutes of walk from train station to hotel. The breakfast was great. Great value for the money

The room (comfort queen) didn't have windows that could be opened, and although the air conditioning kept the room at an ok temperature it felt a bit airless. The bathroom door was sliding glass and didn't completely close, and the bathroom door was right by the bed. We asked if it would be possible to have our breakfast brought to our room because we were reluctant to eat in a crowded breakfast buffet during covid (breakfast was included in our room price), and we were told that it would cost an extra 23 euros per person which we thought was a bit steep. Happily there is an outdoor terrace where you can eat.

The room was clean and stylish, the location and breakfast are good, the customer service is friendly.

No bathrobes in the room, a bit ordinary bathroom facilities for such a nice hotel otherwise. Pigeons in the garage (I’m afraid of birds..and was scared to run over one of them!)

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, nice saunas available for guests , very good breakfast, good value for the money all in all.

We really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, it was cosy and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The most we enjoyed the sauna, that was located on the 8th floor and had an amazing city and sunset view. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent and had many options.

The room was very small and basic. It was clean but looked out over some roofs and was not very inspiring. The corridors looked like a prison spaceship.

The breakfast was great - lovely selection of foods, including gluten free. Staff were friendly. The hotel is fairly easy to reach from the train station and very close to the Moomin museum!

General appearance of the hotel is tidy. I really love the Lapland themes. Hotel was very full so restaurant kitchen had some cue. Breakfast was good and quite versatile. If it's not totally golden memories breakfast was still better pre corona times.

The room was a little small for us, but only because we had our one year old daughter with us! Also from the outside the building is quite unimpressive, but once you get inside it's really lovely :-)

This is a big scam. They literally are lying about what facilities the rooms have. The rooms doesn't have an AC even though they claimed they have. How in earth a 4 stars hotel in Finland doesn't have an AC ?? Room's are very small, no mini fridge, no safe and no proper cabinet for clothes. Staff were not helpful at all. This is by far the worst value to money experience i ever had. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY

Curtains are not thick enough to darken the room entirely. Parking is a bit difficult, the space are from 90s, - too small for modern cars.

Had dinner at the restaurant and experienced something I honestly have never experienced before. My wife and I ordered a sallad for dinner and opted for smoked salmon. Based on this I also paired a wine that I ordered. After a while (approx 20-30 minutes), when the wine bottle is opened and we have started drinking it, the waitress comes out with our food. The sallads now have chicken on them and the statement is we are out of salmon! We were pressed for time as we were heading to the Hockey game between Finland and Sweden hence had no other option. There are plenty of restaurants in Tammerfors - choose one of those!

The hotel does not look like much from the outside but on the inside is very cosy. Clean and good room, very good facilities like parking, gym etc.

That the standard rooms doesn't include bathrobe and slippers even thought the hotel has public saunas.

The size of the room, it was a little narrow. The door for the bathroom was almost transparent and difficult to open, which was a poor idea.

The staff and level of service exceeded our expectations, the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was delicious. These are always the pros at Lapland Hotel properties.

Breakfast - did not have many vegetarian options, everyday having sausages in morning is not pleasant. They did not have food that kids would like to indulge in like pancakes. Very few choices for cereals too. Breakfast can be made better to suit all kind of customers, kids vegetarian.

Room Air condition was not working well for first day it was not working at all and for rest days it was too low, we had to use fan as it did not cool the room well..
