This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Lapland were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights of our room was the private sauna—it was absolutely amazing and added a unique touch to our relaxation time. I highly recommend booking a room with a sauna for a truly different kind of experience. The food at the hotel restaurant was also a standout. Every meal was delicious, featuring a great variety of flavors that cater to all palates. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Lapland provides a perfect blend of comfort, quality service, and exceptional amenities. I can’t wait to return!

The only reason why I did not give a full 10 for the experience is due to having visited their Tampere Arena location, which had set my expectations very high. In Tampere one was transported to an entirely different world with the music and lighting upon arrival to the lobby. This location did not have the mystical music playing in the lobby area, but did have it in the room, so we did not necessary feel the same sense of mystique. Overall an excellent stay!

Clean rooms, rain shower (personal favorite), excellent customer service. Breakfast had a lot of different options available and was delicious! Would stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very relaxing and special atmosphere. Delicious and excellent food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast with authentic Lappish specialties. Central location. Everything is easily accessible on foot. 10 minutes walk to both the main train station and the harbor.

There was heavy rain during the night and the raindrops peltered the windowsills quite heavily. The noise was louder than what I would have expected. This resulted as a shorter night than what I would have hoped.

A truly ambient (Saami style) hotel with beautifully decorated rooms that might even contain your very own sauna. Nicely spacious, with a separate toilet (with own sink) and bathroom (with own sink) and separate shower room as well as sauna. (Note that rooms may differ.) The breakfast offered many things to various tastes and the local on-site restaurant (Kulta) had really delicious items on their a la carte list.

It was quite expensive. The blankets were incredibly thick and way too hot (even for the deepest winter).

We were lucky to be able to check in early, which was very convenient as we arrived quite early in the morning. The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and beautifully modern.

We come regularly to Finland once or twice a year since 2021 and every time for our Helsinki stay we are with the Bulevardi. It has a nice atmosphere, the staff is exceptionally friendly, the beds are comfy, I love the room‘s interior and even with a little baby it’s still a nice and relaxed stay. Location is central in walking distance for nice shopping, the Harbour, the sea pool and the kulta kitchen never lets you down. My favorite.

- Found the street-facing room with tram rails outside too noisy at times. - The startup sound of the TV was unexpectedly loud and jarring. - Although the connecting door to the adjacent room didn't compromise privacy this time, would prefer a room without such a feature in the future for enhanced peace of mind.

When listening to our own music through the TV, the chrome kept disconnecting after 30 minutes. It was a bit frustrating especially when we were in the sauna and couldn't really reconnect it right away.
