The room and the bathroom were not clean, with dust and some else’s hair in the shower. Cleaning during the days was almost non existent. Water wouldn’t drain in the shower, crating a lake in the bathroom. Toilet brush was disgusting. All spaces would require a refurb. Given the price we paid, we expected way more from this hotel. Also, staff at reception could be trained a bit better on local activities.

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment but it was about a 5 min walk to the actual hotel building which was a bit of a pain. No phone in room to contact reception. Beds were not comfortable at all

Location to all amenities in Levi was great. 10 minutes walk to kids land. Accommodation was basic but clean and had all you need.

we got a double room instead of the prebooked family loft and they were not able to change it. Dinner time till eight o‘clock, when it is day light till seven and busloads of people arrive at 6:30 is way to short: the dining area was overcrowded

Room location was ideal since we were travelling with our dog. Also very lovely surprise was when during check in they handed a separate big towel for the dog and a bag of dog treats. Room was cleand and had everything you need for a ski holiday - clothes dryer and sauna! Sauna heated up really fast and was exactly what you need after a day in the Lapland winter. Breakfast was very plentiful, lots of fresh choices, good coffee. And the location of the hotel is something that definitely needs to be mentioned because it is awesome, you will be right in the middle of Levi center and main access to the ski lifts is only about a 10 minute walk away, also many restaurants and a pancake house close by.

Size of the room was disappointing (family of four with lots of luggage). Steep ladder to upper bedroom - I didn't think it was safe for kids. Very small fridge, everything compact. We paid two times more than previous accommodation in Levi, we were hoping for some more luxury but it didn't happen. Disappointment at the end.

Breakfast was fine, good selection of food and drink. Very busy during breakfast, hard to find a table. Location is fine, right next to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to the airport. They checked us in earlier as requested which was great.

Ladder into the upstairs room isn’t the best with 2 young children. Was cautious of them using it. Also, the room was very small for a family. We only stayed one night and that was enough. Wouldn’t have liked more than one night as a family in there.

The room was clean and modern, unlike some reviewers have said, maybe they are updating the rooms? The sauna in the bathroom was excellent. Quiet, nice atmosphere, just across the street from downtown.

The room was rather small for a family of 3, the furniture outdated, the bathroom door damaged at the bottom (because of the steam from the sauna I suppose) and the shower was really hard to use as it would get stuck on tap position.

The hotel was overall nice to stay in. Cozy rooms (we also had a sauna in the room which was nice )spacious restaurant with a warm and friendly feeling.

The pillows were poor. The beds and accomodation was not fit for 4 adults. The bedrooms were cool. The distance from reception was excessive.

The food (breakfast) was excellent. Staff were helpful.
