Could do with a bedside table & a headboard & some more pillows but other than it was perfect for what we needed. It was a little annoying getting pestered to pay for the bedding. I received an email the day after our arrival to go to the office to pay, then I received a phone call a few hours later. It was only our first full day and we were on holiday for nearly a week, we weren’t going to disappear without paying - one reminder was more than enough.

Pleasantly surprised. It was bigger than I thought and well equipped. We had everything we needed.

Ordered logs for the fire, but didn’t realise it didn’t come with fire lighters. So had to purchase these. Had an issue with the electricity on one evening, but no answer on emergency number but thankfully sorted the next day when we saw a member of maintenance team attending another property on site.

Great location, only a short walk to the slopes. Nice size apartment. Well equipped, comfortable beds and lovely fire.

Bedsheet has extra cost

Too many to be named. The reception staff is extremely professional and helpful. They provide a lot of useful information about the area and they even help me to resolve my transport problem after my stay. The apartment itself is extremely spacious, well designed, cozy and beautiful. The private sauna is very good and the toilet is always warm somehow. 5/5.

It was a surprise that cleaning fee and bed linen are not included in the price. On the second floor there are no beds, just mattresses, not very good to sleep on. There is fireplace, however you need to purchase wood separately.

On the second floor there are 4 beds but floor height is very low that you hardly can stand. But since we have only 2 person we don’t use the second floor at all.

The lady kindly helps us with our first fireplace experience, we sit around the it and spend a long time to chat and enjoy the sound and the heat. Sauna is too much for me but my husband love it.

The fact that you need to pay extra for the sheets. Also some items could be replaced with new ones.

The checking was really simple, we found the key in a lock box in front of our house. The place itself is really nice, it accommodates easily 4 persons (we where just 3 my little girl, wife and myself). Downstairs you have 2 beds along with a kitchen that has everything you need and also a chimney (you'll need to buy wood/logs to use it). Also you have a combo bath (shower) and sauna. Upstairs you have 2 more mattresses (2 beds). Also you have parking included which was great since we traveled by car. The city center and North Ski Point is 5-10 minutes away, where you can find some really nice restaurants. Inside the Zero Point you can rent ski equipment along with the resort card. Overall its a great place to stay, probably longer periods.

These apartments are meant for longer stays and I could easily stay here for a week while skiing in Levi. We stayed only one day and everything worked still great. Even when booking late on the same day.

The bed was very bad, had 3 bad nights of sleep.. Some type of thin memoryfoam so after like 30min you,re in the bottom so feels like sleeping on the floor

There is no washing machine in the apartment. You can use the laundry nearby for free .
