Only two pretty small elevators for quite many people, I imagine that would get annoying if the Hotel is fully booked. The pool is a bit warm, but nice and clean.

The facilities are well maintained and everything is very clean. The room is spaceous and the pool area is pretty as well, perfect to escape the noon-heat. Breakfast is also great and the wifi is very good. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Pool boys could be more attentive

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, lovely crisp cotton sheets changed every day. Bathroom with big walk in shower. Huge buffet breakfast with so much to choose from to suit western and eastern palates. Egg and noodle station for freshly cooked items. Lovely pool open from 6am to 9pm

We like hard Thai / Cambodian beds but this was bit hard even for us . Wifi dropped out a lot but was good

...the south-facing room that I initially had. The sun shines on the windows all day long. But since the air conditioning was broken anyway, I exchanged it for a north-facing room. So always pay attention: No room facing south (the hotel only has north or south facing rooms)

The hotel has... 1. a very good location not far from the city center and right on the river 2. a very good and extensive breakfast buffet 3. very good internet quality 4. good firm mattresses 5. a well-cooling refrigerator 6 a roof terrace with a sky bar on the 10th floor and a great view over the city 7. a friendly team that always tries hard (but in the end can't really answer questions about bus connections or renting a motorbike etc...)

I reserved our room in February and was promised an upgrade to a superior double room with a private entrance and balcony overlooking the pool. When we arrived, we were given a normal double, no balcony, and no pool view. I complained and was told the hotel was full. There was nothing they could do. With 9 months to prepare for our arrival, I find this excuse unacceptable.

The hotel itself is exceptionally beautiful. There are dark wood accents every which provide a very warm and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast offerings are extremely varied and delicious.

It lacks inspiration, everything is a bit stiff.

The hotel offer everything you expect from a classy hotel. Good room, fine location and a staff that knows what to do. We booked a perfect trip through them. The breakfast by the pool is excellent.

Limited space to hang clothes in the room, especially if you are with 2 people, there is limited space to unpack. Balcony dusty. Had some misunderstanding with the ladies at the reception because of the language barrier - they do try their best and are very friendly. The reception area is full of dark, heavy wood, so did not leave an open, inviting impression for me - matter of taste. The girls that sit at the door that leads to the courtyard, stand up every time a guest passes - I felt guilty using the door; in my view a smile/nod or greeting would be sufficient.

The location by the water was central and great: walking distance to the famous market, directly at the boulevard for a walk during the day. Locals use the boulevard late afternoon/early evening to meet, eat and play/dance, so great to mingle, watch and eat streetfood. Breakfast buffet was extensive and varied. Enjoyed large swimming pool, and gym with good and varied equipment. Restaurant on top floor is unbeatable, great 360 view over the city and good food. Staff is overall very friendly.

I had a very bad stomach ache/food poisoning after breakfast so we had to cancel our trip we planned. I understand it can be from any day before with food, but as it started right after I ate breakfast I complained to the staff about it - they just said there is a book of complaints where I can write it down. They keep a very big fish in a small aquarium, bit disturbing as well.

I liked everything

Perfect location n views from the balcony. Great food at both buffet breakfast n restaurant. The staff are friendly n the foyer is laden with big beautiful wooden furniture. Highly recommend.

Breakfast very repetitive and not very good, just average for that price category Horrible uncomfortable hard wood furniture from illegal logging, as usual with connected hotel owners. Overall mediocre architecture, design and lighting.

A bit noisey in the morning as they allowed kids in pool before 7am. And as soon as a kid hits the water they scream!

We love everything, but we would wish the staff could be more helpful when we asked to change the room from a double room to a twin room. (our fault that we chose the wrong option we booked)

It was a but tired tbh. The hotel rooms could do with refreshing but they weren't too bad. Think we had been spoilt at all of our other hotels before arriving here thats why.

The pool area was fabulous 👌 Beds were comfy. Breakfast was very nice. We had 3 nights but cut short our stay to go back to siem reap again as there isn't much to see or do here. We did a big trip all.in one day having hired a tuk tuk driver for the day. Saw the bats , the bamboo railway and some Cambodian communities and the killing cave , that was extremely upsetting.The river and roads were having major works done.

Pool is nice, but if you bring friends in it was extra charge per person......Breakfast is good, I wish they had more fruit and juices. Room was good but need an extra key so the AC can stay on .....

the bathroom needed attention. It was generally clean but the shower screen and area around taps needed a good scrub.

Very ornate and comfortable. The roof and poolside restaurants were very good which was important because there were no suitable restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
