The hotel location is perfect, they have nice facilities like an indoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant, meeting rooms and sauna. The room was spacious and well equipped. Staff at the reception very helpful and nice. Great bathroom Good wifi

There was only three parking spots for electric cars... Unfortunately the owners of the parked cars did not remove there cars after finish charging. Offcorse this is not the hotel mistake... But the hotel could at least put signs where they ask the owners of the cars to remove their vehicles after finish charging. That would help a lot...

The breakfast is good. But it is the same for every day. It is better to change some food from Monday to Sunday. The room is good, clean and comfortable. However, the wifi is very slow. It is a good location, within walking distance to the shopping mall and train station.

The breakfast was excellent ! The kids love the swimming pool and kids area, they were particularly useful when it was raining outside. The walk to the city is about 15-20 minutes. There’s convenient shop behind the hotel and a park opposite the hotel. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. Highly recommended!

The views weren't great as guests were being put in rooms away from the roadworks outside the front but that wouldn't have bothered me at all.

Comfortable, reasonably sized and equipped room. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Great location, a short walk to the Sibelius monument, the national museum and the city centre. Around the hotel area there is a selection of bars and restaurants with plenty of variety. Taxis usually available right outside the hotel too

nothing not to like, it was great!

The family superior room was brilliant, really spacious and good bathroom with separate bath and shower. swimming pool and sauna as well as a great downstairs lobby with bar, restaurant, communal area. It was in a great central location for everything in Helsinki. took maybe 20 mins walk to the main harbour and marketplace but a great walk via a park and play park for kids with the walk via the library, Parliament and main rail station. the hotel is only 5 mins walk from the nearby Tivoli amusement park too. We had breakfast & dinner there, the food was really good. Dinner was great and they catered well for our gluten free daughter. Breakfast was really good too but was chaotic, very busy. again the staff were great

The room felt quite bare. It could have done with a few more furnishings to make it feel cosier.

In the room wasn' t cabinet, just bar with hangers, but finally it was ok;-)

The breakfasts were great and until 11am on the weekend so we didn't have to rush. The pool and sauna (separate for men and women) was also very nice. The location of the hotel is right next to the park, we walked to the center, it's about half an hour, but a nice way around the water. Friendly staff, clean room. We enjoyed our stay.

It would have been better without a generator quite close outside in what was otherwise a very quiet area of the hotel. We had to leave early for the airport before breakfast and I had understood the previous evening that a small breakfast would be prepared for each person in the party of four and put into a bag for 5:50 pm.Breakfast was included in the overall price of the hotel stay. Breakfast was provided but we had to help ourselves quickly as short of time. It would have been easier had it been pre - prepared by staff but the croissants were good as were the biscuits and fruit.

The mini fridge never worked, the water from the shower was going everywhere on the floor so it was difficult to keep the bathroom dry.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, they were helpful and quick with sorting out some of the problems with the room - changing the hair drier that wasn't working, helping us with the mini fridge (even though at the end they couldn't make it work) and helping us find the iron. The location of the hotel was very good and generally it was a good place to stay. Nice sauna and decent sized pool.

Good location within walking distance of the centre of Helsinki. We also used the tram. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast, including gluten free options. Friendly helpful staff. Paid Parking available underneath though it is free to park on the streets nearby and on Sundays. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night too. As Scandic "Friends" (sign up online for free) you get a discount on food at weekends.

There's not much I could say here, and the only thing I could mention is the taste of coffee. Presumably, some people do like it, but to me, it was overly bitter.

This hotel was quite comfortable, and, together with its hearty breakfast, this makes for a good impression. The elevator works well, and overall, it was easy to get to my room after a tiring day in Helsinki. Their reception staff are both exceptionally cute and welcoming, and their maid was eager to help and clean my room.

No coffee / tea facilities in the room; a very expensive tea in the bar: 4 Euro for tea is too much!!!

Everything except for a very expensive bar prices: tea for 4 euro is too much :) For the rest: the great stay for families, great breakfast where kids can take everything by themselves, great play spaces and a ping pong; nice swimming pool and sauna; a very helpful staff which suggested us sightseeing’s and explained how to get to the airport! Thank you for the nice stay. Looking forward to come back.
