The Sauna was available only from 6pm to 9pm, and I was unable to use it as i had other obligations at that time, but was free earlier.

Among the disadvantages: a shower. The water pressure is very weak, there is no constant temperature: Either the water is very hot or very cold. It is impossible to wash properly.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff. The breakfast is wonderful! There is also a gym in this hotel, it is strange that I did not find information about this earlier. This is definitely a plus!

A larger coffee selection would be appropriate for breakfast. It would be worth investing in devices that can make caffe latte, espresso, cappuccino, etc. Fortunately, warm milk was available for caffe latte lovers.

Excellent connections - the bus 600 brings you directly to the hotel door from the airport (Hakaniemi bus stop). Several trams, buses, and the underground are available just next to the hotel. The hotel is tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is good enough. The staff is friendly. I have been here several times and will come back again.

The curtains need to block out the light more adequately especially for those rooms that overlook the square. Also the sauna should be available more hours of the day, especially morning!

I really enjoyed the location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. I also loved my room, especially the view and I appreciate how the staff saw to my requests for a view and some extra things I needed for my stay!

The shower temperature fluctuated a lot between ice cold and very hot. No table or even ledge on right hand side of double bed (no power point either).

Great location right opposite the bus stop from the airport, part of a transport hub. Breakfast excellent - plenty of choice and everything fresh.

Room did not have a refrigerator as stated in booking.com descriptions. Breakfast was supplied with a fair range of choices though not of high quality. Boiled eggs cold, both 4m and 7minute breakfasts on both days, possibly the same eggs as did not seem popular with breakfast diners. Cold 4 minute eggs are not appealing. Limited supplies of tea and coffee in room, and not renewed on second day of stay.

Pleasant room, average size, overlooked the large square with numerous bus stops. Convenient to airport; number 600 bus departs from stand 17. Cost Euros 5 per person. The single ticket card is available from the pleasant gentleman at the R-Kiosk; kiosk is located a short walk at the nearby underground shop. For a nice water view, turn left from the hotel, turn around the corner to a lovely waterfront park walk which continues over the bridge towards the main railway station via the Botanic Gardens.

Shower was either too hot or too cold. There was no comfortable temperature.

Breakfast was super good. My partner didn't expect the food to be as good as it was. Bed was a little small but I should've booked a bigger bed. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and nice. Location and public transportation was close so it was easy to get to the hotel.
