The Bathrooms are something totally different. Could need some renovations. Feels like you are in another time.

The service was really great. They set up a breakfast when we left, earlier than the actual breakfast would be available. The Room was nice and comfortable and the staff just friendly overall.

The blackout curtains still let some light in. Given that the sun set roughly around 11:30PM and rose at about 4AM, unless someone is okay with sleeping with some brightness, bring a sleep mask.

Had a nice, typical English breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausages, plus plenty of vegetables and fruit, as well as a few different types of bread and some sweets. Room was spacious and comfortable, kept clean and tidy every day. The location was close to the train station of Pasila, less than 10min walk away, so getting to and from the airport is simple.

I like to have the possibility of preparing a tea/coffee directly in my room, so I missed this option.

Excellent breakfast; I appreciate the gluten-free options for celiac people a lot. The possibility of using the sauna was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and room cleaning was very satisfying.

Minus for the bed. I'm not very big/tall and it was uncomfortable, perhaps too hard for a light weight person. My partner had no complaints, though.

All basic needs for a short stay were met well with good value for the money. We were happily surprised because of the room being ready/available much before the informed check-in time. Tram stop just next to the hotel!

We had issue regulating the temperature in our room, so pretty cold in the night (Room 326). Room is small, but didn't feel we were needing anything else.

The broad breakfast option was definitely the highlight, and what we needed to fuel ourselves. Also, nice location that is 3 mins walking to the bus/train station.

the room was not well cleaned at arrival and when the cleaning team was called it, they gave dusty tables and dirty glasses a sweep over with the same towel. Empty box of chips behind the bed, so clearly not well cleaned before. Car was damaged on the hotel parking - no camera recordings available...

Air conditioning didn’t work room was too hot, had to open the window to cool the room and then the noice was disturbing. Bed was so, so, not really good and leaned.
