The breakfast options were not impressive at all. Tables were not cleared after guests left unless we asked. Employees were not friendly. We had a less than poor experience at the restaurant. It started off where they had given one table all the menus, waited 30 minutes to get a menu and place our order. The Lapland appetizer was very good, my son received his breaded chicken and after cutting it up for him realized it was partially raw. Brought it to the waitress's attention who brought it to the chef who told her it was just the tendon and not raw... Hindsight I wish I had taken a picture of it... Didn't offer to remake it for him or take it off the bill just offered more french fries... Had to ask twice for each of my two glasses of wine. To top it off that the waitress stood over me while I signed the bill and put the tip on it, making it very awkward. Hotel is fine, although front desk staff is unprofessional, leaving cash drawer on the front counter for all those to grab... Not at all worth the money we spent on the room. Also, was not told that they would not make our beds unless they were clear of items.

When we arrived we had asked for a room on the lowest floor instead we had gotten a room at the top floor. She manage to book one floor lower but this has never happened before on any hotel. When we got the room the bed for the kids wasn’t made so we got to ask for more bedclothes and do it ourselves. We didn’t get enough towels either, the soap was almost finished and the napkins in the bathroom also. Everything was so dirty! The curtains had large stains. The table was stained and you could se the dust move in the light and the extra toilet paper roll had large dust on it.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was great, loads of healthy choices. Hotel is very near the bus stop for Santa village ( bus number 8 )

All the staff at the check-in desk was new and not very competent. they couldn’t find our reservation and the check-in process took over one hour. manager was also not helpful.

No amenities in the room Size of the room was small Pillows were small Breakfast had variety but mostly cold cuts. You had no choice but to eat it cold which was tough for us

Nothing really. Location not the best. But it is a city hotel .. underground parking for motorcycles.

The room was old and not very clean. When I arrived there were beds prepared for 4 persons and there was a baby cot in the room. I had clarified more than once that there were only 2 persons staying in the room. I had to rearrange the room myself. The housekeeping never made up the sofa and it remained without pillows.

The rooms were ridiculously hot & there was no way to cool hem down. The gym was very basic and one cardio machine wasn’t working. We had a later breakfast, it was limited and a lot of it was cold.

The staff service really poor, they don't have any other option for dinner only a menu of 64 euros very expensive for frankfurts, bread, nothing especial. Reception always full, big lines and only 2 receptionist, the room was clean but smell really bad, the shower doesn't work, Etc.

The location is the best just in the middle of the city town, close to bus stops, soroununded of restaurants, shopping malls, museum.

Restaurant and room clesnliness was sub-standard - room was dirty on arrival an bathroom had a bad smell. The dining floor was continuously dirty with items of food, even though we were often first down for breakfast. Plates were also often dirty.

Good selection of breakfast items. Efficient elevators.
