The room that they gave to us is actually not that clean the ceiling light is broke and the telephone as well, plus the tablet in the room is also not clean. And please also consider changing your stripe brown curtains because it doesn't really suit in the ambiance of the room. Try changing it to a plain light one, so it will really change the ambiance of the room as well as the mood of the guest 😊 and try putting some smell in the room also :)

The staff was very friendly. And it's so easy to buy or eat with some restaurant as the hotel has a direct access to the mall 😊 as well to the flamingo Spa.

The air conditioning in the room was very effective and you couldn't control it, none of the buttons on the switchboard worked. Luckily we managed to turn the whole thing off so the room wasn't too cold at night. Also it would have been nice if the children were acknowledged a bit better, maybe a welcome gift of even a complementary juice or something would have been nice.

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! And you can't beat the location, everything is just outside the reception. Overall, a very nice stay!

During our stay the hotel was evacuated due to a fire alarm. This is of no concern to us because these things occasionally happen. What we didn't like however was the evacuation alarm could not be adequately heard from within our room. It was not until we exited our room to go to dinner did we become aware of the evacuation. A major safety concern for tired travellers! Although located less than 4km from the airport, expect to pay around 20Euros for a taxi. The general cleanliness of the room was not great with mouldy grout in the shower and unwashed coffee cups. Breakfast is allocated on a timed basis where you have to get tickets the night before for what time you want breakfast. Was unexpectedly told to self check-in by staff at the reception desk. Our room facilities were obviously tailored for someone with mobility needs. We were not informed of this when our room was allocated and felt uneasy at the thought of taking a room with facilities we did not require.

Located close to the airport, this hotel is ideal for an over-night stay before an early morning flight. It is attached to the Jumbo shopping complex with easy under-cover access to shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Worst experience ever. Being travelling a lot and having a Genius-3 level in Booking.com, this was the worst hotel ever. The personnel didn´t know who is the customer, starting from reception giving an unpleasant welcome. Rooms having a temperature of 26-27C, quite uncomfortable for sleeping, windows not possible to open.

There was a bit of a hold up when I got there. So many people all checking in at the same time. It felt a bit chaotic.

There were so many activities to fill my days with. I loved the pools, the convenience of check in, the fact that everything was right there and I didn't have to go out in the cold. So many restaurants to choose from!

First we got dusty room with sticky floor and we had opportunity to change it the next day but the next room was really cold and TV wasnt working, internet isnt working properly and the madrasses on the bed was separating from each other. Our room was very COLD. We informed the staff about this and they actually came and checked it out. They helped us regulate the thermostat/air conditioner but for some reasons the temperature keeps going down when we try to increase it all the time. (Thank you to the staff who went to our room and helped us.) The actual problem was the HEATER. Maybe it was broken because it was not working. It was ice cold 🥲. Also the staff did not know how the heater works. He went to check the other rooms and we were told that all rooms have the same temperatures as ours. But the HEATER was not working and really COLD. We also requested for slippers because the floor was cold and we did not expect that we have to pay it for it 😅 because most of hotels provide free slippers so we did not have slippers. Another thing was the smell of the room. It was not fresh smell, it smelled like old and little moldy. The hair dryer was also old.

The location of the hotel is very good. There's a water spa in the area, (we did not visit it) and super near to the Jumbo mall. Beds were okay.

Double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together made up as singles. Wouldn't want to stay for long as room size is generous enough but no place for bags

10 euro in a taxi from the airport. Fast friendly check in and great luggage leaving facilities. Family room was perfect for 3. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. Kids lived the chocolate fountain and marshmallows!!!! Water park is excellent
