Everything was 10/10. Nothing not to like!

Everything was perfect! The room was very spacious and the breakfast amazing! The hotel was downtown, next to the Cathredal, a metro and tram station, as well as supermarket and other shops.

Very close to station, trams, cathedral and main shops. Spacious room and great shower. A couch is always a bonus! breakfast was excellent-pretty much anything you'd desire and more! Ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was good, with excellent service.

Everything was perfect. Just one suggestion: install some wall hangers, as the room has plenty of space, including in the walls just after entering in the room.

Staff is very polite and competent. Bedroom had plenty of space, was very clean, and was silent. Breakfast is very good with quality and variety. Location is great.

I had booked a room that turned out to be in an attic space on floor 5, while the bed was comfy, and the room was a good size, it was a bit cold despite me adjusting the heating, and also of a hassle to get to (some random stairs which were tricky with luggage) and also the view was of a small roof space. OK for one night but I would not choose that particular room otherwise.

This hotel is in a great location. It's got excellent facilities, great breakfast choices, the staff were really helpful and the 12noon check-out is great. Generally a great hotel.

Location was super, metro station at 1 minute walking. All the necessary shops nearby. I was travelling for work, so I just needed to have all the basic conforts.

The breakfast buffet was decent but could have done with a bit more of choice. The name needs to be announced more prominently on the street front, I had to look really closely to identify Sokos on the door !

The location was brilliant from our perspective. Right in the heart of the districts of tourist interest, close to interesting restaurants, bars and shopping, and a street away from the esplanade as well as the railway station. The front office staff were friendly and efficient, and were able to provide us an early checkin. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the bedroom, with ample space to manage our baggage and move around comfortably.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast had great variety but was a bit chaotic and was difficult ordering coffee both days.

Breakfast was amazing smoothies and cute porridge in glass. I just had hoped maybe add a warm soup or something warm like potatoes or anything! I loved the breakfast this is more just me trying to give tiny things to improve but honestly there’s nothing I didn’t enjoy!

The staff was beyond excellent. This is the only hotel that wins KÄMP for me as they’re located right next to each other but the staff made the difference for me. I had my birthday and they decorated the room beautifully I’ve never received such welcome. The card and cakes were excellent and I felt I was being taken care of! Thank you to the whole team! In the morning you can also go see horses in front of the hotel!
