It's a bit soulless and clinical. More suited for business travellers, weddings and receptions and such.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel is located near the city center at a lake.

Room very small given the price. Restaurant closed on day of arrival (Sunday). Very little storage space. Just hangers, no drawers or wardrobes for clothes.

Staff lovely and really helpful. Excellent breakfast and lovely location.

Felt it was overpriced. No restaurant available on Sunday when we arrived and the town centre did not provide many options apart from fast food outlets. Plug in sink didn’t close but was not remedied. Room was supposed to be cleaned on second day but was not.

I upgraded to a lake view room but was disappointed that it was no bigger although the view was good. Location was excellent as we arrived and left by train.

Little bit cold in the rooms also outside of this city! Roads where so bad condition!? By car it was IMPOSSIBLE to drive in the city area and on highways?!

Panorama, near the lake, museums,old town of HAMEENLINNA and the Castle! Breakfast was excellent! Waiting for a visit in the summertime 🥰

There was no seat/chair in the room other than a plastic one by the desk area with the kettle etc. Not too much of a problem but it meant sitting on the bed if wanting a comfortable seat. Also I couldn't see a way to turn off the air con in the room, so that was a bit loud (something to consider if you are a light sleeper).

Location was great, alongside the river, not far to walk to get to Hämeenlinna centre. Staff were great too, and parking was easy. Room was quite big, and the shower etc was modern, clean and spacious.

The noise insulation in the room was not the greatest and the room itself felt a bit small for its price.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was quite nice, with a lakeside view, however it was a bit too pricey for its value. The restaurant downstairs was quite nice. The service was a bit slow, but we still had a nice dinner. Sauna was also good, with a nice lakeside view from the dressing room.

The front desk female employee informed me that the hotel was fully occupied & she had no rooms available I went to my car & made booking on line ten minnutes later I walk back into the hotel loby & showed the same employee my payed booking reservation she again told me that she has no room to give me , I have protested how can booking.com sell rooms in the property , when there are no rooms to sell after about ten minutes deliberations she instructed me to send her my booking confimatiom to the hotel property & provided me w. emailaddress I went back to my car & sent her the booking.com paid room reservation when I returnd to the hotel loby she told me aggain that she has no room for me at that point I didn't know how to deal w. my situation while remaining in the loby about five or less than ten minutes later other hotel employee aproched me & addressed me "Mr Vrabel come let me book you into your room" & so after about an hour I finnaly was provided my room This empolyee directed me to have breakfast in area of the hotel that had some food there in the morning but it appeared very scimpy so I took something , as I am eating it young man aproched my table & asked me If I was cominng for breakfast I replayd yes & so he informed me that the breakfast is served in diferent section of the hotel & what he showed me was respectable Scandinavian standard breakfast table OJ & still mineral water was missinng for my standard. for 190.00 Euros per night very overpriced logging good for corporate people who don't pay anything for it & don't care what it cost or what they get. From this experiance it shows that this company can employ people that can refuse custumers bringing practicaly free money to they doors leasure traveler needs to stay home & just send money!

Great location. Was nice to be able to see the castle at sunset just across the water from the park next to the hotel. Restaurant on site is beautiful and breakfast had a little of everything.

The AC in the room didn’t seem very good but we were given a fan and that solved the problem.

The property was right on the lake and was beautiful. The receptionist could not have done enough for us and the room had the most wonderful view. We were given a key to open the fixed windows which was the icing on the cake.
